THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE. I spent my hard earned money on their BS promises and pacifying "three months free so we can fix it" statement, after almost a year and a half and NOT ONE SINGLE CALL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

I really enjoy working with Webware's platform and techs. The platform is straight forward to use and the techs are always on top of getting every request completed in a timely manner.

I actually don't think I have enough space to explain the terrible experience i had with this company. I am writing this in the hope whoever does their due diligence will do so before agreeing to anything with them and running far away. At the time of writing this I am in disputes with my credit card company who continued to pay them despite my complaints. In Summary, Its difficult to get anything resolved in a timely matter, in most cases not at all. I would research the positive reviews on social media or online they have as they are suspicious (p.s I did). They make a good sell and promise support and action but don't give it. To get anything done after complaining numerous occasions I had to book an appointment in which the person doesn't show up or had to pass me onto another person I also cannot speak to unless I make another appointment which often wasn't for days even weeks. In the meantime the date for your next payment fast approaches. Their system for getting your work done is via a messaging service and the team working on your account is based in India despite telling me otherwise during the sale. I found the language barrier to be difficult or that they just didn't care. Most of my messages were ignored. Bottom line, they did not deliver then refused to break contract and refund me but continued to charge me month after month since Dec 18 2023. They got one star as the site that despite I had to practically design myself ended up decent however despite giving them $2k I still had to find all the images etc myself. There were so many errors it took so long to fix.

Save your money and avoid this company! I paid them over $12,000 to generate leads through a website. They just used AI to throw up a website with fake blog and produced 0 leads for 6 months. I ended up having to get police financial crimes department involved because their app was finding a way to charge my new credit card. They would not allow me to stop paying them. They were arrogant and not apologetic on the phone what so ever.

I have been with this company for about 3 months now. For the last month I've tried multiple ways of contacting them without a response. My company name is still wrong on my website page. No Pics have been updated after sending a full file. Still can't find my listing on most Google searches. Have not had 1 lead come into my inbox that wasn't generated by me. Feel like it's set my company back from it's potential. Definitely don't recommend for any startup. Wish I would have stayed with LocalRank who does my other business. Their accountability is less than credible at this point.

I was offered a "done for you" service. After taking my money, I was offered a wonkey and overly complex platform that I was expected to learn and serve myself. It's now been months since I've heard from anyone. I can't even cancel the services-- it seems like they have no self-service method for that.

From my initial call with Atif, the experience was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and understanding, he didn’t push me to take the full package but what was relevant to my requirement. I was surprised with a follow up call to ensure all was going well with my on-boarding.

I initially went with webware because I thought they would help me with my website and getting customers. I was with them for 2 years and finally decided they were not a good fit anymore. Their team consists of mainly inexperienced editors and designers that probably outsource most of the work to 3rd parties. I made the mistake of choosing to use their Google Ads service that I thought would help my business but after giving them 10K, I got nothing in return. NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER. You are assigned a "manager" but they are so backed up that it takes almost 3-4 weeks to set a meeting or get any response.

Art L. has helped guide us through the process of optimizing our site, implementing adjustments, and improving our search results. He's assisted with adding a careers page, get quote link, project photo gallery, posting of social media content, etc. We really appreciate the support and assistance!
