It was my understanding that I could opt out after 3 months, according to our emails. But I had signed a 6 month contract. Save your money, and hire a website developer. Their services are worth outsourcing to people who know you. And you, yourself, are fully capable of reposting blog posts that you google. You don't need to pay them $500 a month for this.

I paid for a website that was never delivered. I also purchased a separate marketing plan which I needed to cancel due to the last lockdown we had. I contacted the business to ask if they can send me the website files since I had paid for the website in full. They refused and told me that since I cancelled my marketing plan that I was not going to be receiving the website. I paid this company $1,400 and have received nothing for it. After speaking with customer success, they said to help, they will allow me to pay the lower plan of $199/month for 2 months and then return to the original plan of $445/month. So despite not receiving my website, they asked me to pay an additional $400. Since they refused to release the website to us, our business had no online presence for almost a month. After noticing they are not working with us, I had to create a new website. In the end, I am asking for my $1,400 to be returned since we received nothing from them.

We could not be happier with Webware.com. They are very hands on and follow up with us monthly to be sure the website they designed for us is working to our satisfaction. Updates are made on a regular basis and they follow up to be sure we give the best information for updating our site. We are extremely happy with their professionalism.

When I signed up with Staples Business account, they offered me a tutorial session with webware.io. Today I had the presentation and at the end of the presentation, the presenter, Chris Banyer, was extremely pushing for us to get the package, to the point that he became very rude and asked, Why we signed up for the session?". Worst service ever, because it is a tutorial session that Staples offer. Maybe they should not offer the service at all. He even hung up on us. I would definitely not recommend getting any package with them, because I would not want people like this guy to handle my website and I would not even want to deal with such people.

I signed up with Webware early December 2020 almost 5 month into the process and my website does not look like anything we talked about and agreed on and also it does not function like I asked I have spent thousand of dollars over $5000 so far and my website still looks the same they promised 3 weeks ago that they will redesign my website and nothing happened yet, my advise to you don't hire them they tell you they are based in Toronto which they are not only the phone numbers are from Toronto they are designing the website in India, I asked for my money back and they keep stalling. I started working with Webware back in June 2020 and the experience has been amazing. They came through on all their promises! I would and have recommended Webware to those who need help with their online platforms.

Webware handles the sites for the company I work for. I use the sites myself (even the local network sites). I am also a trained programmer and build a number of sites for myself. These are the problems: - The coding is subpar and the site often doesn't work or works badly. Every year we print calendars during this time and every year when were formatted our printer settings they printed no problem. Now that we're using Webware to create the template for us I can't print a single calendar. - Their problem/solution process is amateurish and not intuitive. - They habitually restrict common actions, like right-clicking on a link and having it open in a new tab or window. No reason why that would be restricted except that their coders don't know what they're doing. Do not use this service as the company I work for does and are actually dropping their name in store ads. These guys are not experts. BTW, webware don't bother replying with an apology, like you have with all the other bad reviews, because you clearly don't seem to care. ADDITIONALLY: Even after specifically telling them not to bother reply they replied anyway. They sent an email with a link to see their reply. I'm from Canada, so I clicked that link when I got there... and the link failed to produce their review. I'm sure their reply had all to do with damage control and no real action will be taken to correct the above issues. Good job Webware... man, you just suck out at every turn don't you? And another email. So, when I said not to bother, you decided to send me links to replies that your site fracking failed miserably to produce both times. Just fracking wow.

I was skeptical at first as I'm approached on a somewhat frequent basis by a number of marketers and website companies, I guess due to the industry I'm in, but I've been happy with Webware and the services they've provided. What they said they've do, they did. They didn't overpromise and underdeliver which was nice. They are also very good about always checking in with me and making I'm good with a specific feature or change to my site or marketing campaigns before going ahead with it. All in all I am happy I chose them and would recommend them to others looking for website and/or online marketing services.

These guys are absolutely awesome to work with. They are constantly in touch with me and we have phone meetings once a month to go over everything and to see if I would like changes made. They are extremely professional and are very good at what they do. I am so pleased with these guys.

We are a CPA firm that contracted with Webware to develop and manage our website. After paying them to get started, we had to wait over a week for our kickoff call. On the day of the kickoff call, we were instructed that they were having technical difficulties and would be late. Then at the end of our scheduled time, they called the wrong number for our call. We had to reschedule which required another week of waiting. On the second attempt they once again had technical difficulties and wanted us to reschedule. Once again their next available time was over a week out. At this point, we wanted to terminate the agreement for their non performance. When I sent them this message, they said their policy was to meet to discuss and to schedule a meeting. You guessed it, over a week out. I let them know I would be contesting the charge on my credit card. They have actually fought my contesting the charge. I am sending the credit card company all of my correspondence to prove my point. Think long an hard whether you want a "technology" company that can't even handle a Zoom call to build your website. Also, what kind of partner resorts to refusing to refund their fee for non performance when it was their fault?

Do not use Webware.io to handle any of your online presence. Back in 2018 we wanted to do a refresh and rebrand for our commercial video production company. I had got a few sales calls from webware.io. Like most random sells calls I just ignore them, but webware's call was a little bit different. It was someone who spoke clearly and seemed very knowledgeable. This was a large commitment for us since we are a small studio and starting down a new route, but we really wanted to have a fresh new website and could really use help with our seo, social media, blog, etc... After being promised many things we decided to move forward with Webware. It was pretty exciting at first, but then we saw the website. Dont get me wrong the site was not "bad" but it was not up to the standard that we expected nor were we promised. I was pretty disappointed, but we had already paid for it so we tried our best to make it work. So many times though when I would suggest a change that matched what a competitor was doing I was told that they cant do that. What? I am no pro web designer, but I was requesting things that I have done myself inside of wordpress. How can a team of professionals not create a quality, clean, and eye catching website? I could go on and on about these things, but the main thing I want to focus on is the customer service and the way I was treated. I was promised to see results within 3 months and even more results within 6 months. 0 results happened. We basically were throwing money down the drain. Every time I brought this up it was answered with empty promises. I stuck through it for about 9 months with still no results. I asked to cancel my account and I had to jump through so many hoops to get to the right person and still was not able to cancel my acct. With how much trouble it was I figured I should get it a go still. A year in I was done. I realized that Webware was not going to get the results they promised and that I would have to cut my losses and run. They still made it a nightmare to cancel my account and still wanted to charge me for 3 months of time that I didn't even use their service. One of my questions when I signed up was will it be easy and painless to move my site if I stopped using their service? Well sadly that was a lie too and they tried to hold back my site from me. They finally gave me the HTML which I had to hire someone to convert into a wordpress site so I can still use it. Now I am left with a site that Im not the most happy with and did not move any further than where I was back in 2018. What makes this even worst is I decided to try a local SEO company out after this mess. That company was able to get me results in less than a month. Thanks for nothing Webware. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! If it sounds too good to be true is surely is!

I use Webware to manage my site and ranking on google. They are very thorough in their methods and providing detailed recommendations to optimize SEO and increase google search rankings. There have only been a handful of challenges or setbacks with their service, like misunderstanding my requests or missing feedback altogether, but they are quick to address and correct issues. They require clients to actively participate and complete tasks that will yield positive results. This is not a hands-off service, but the results are worth the effort! I've worked with them since early 2019 and will continue to do so!

Do not hire this company I wouldn’t even give the company a star if the website would let me. I had a 6 month agreement with them. I was not satisfied with their services. Then a month after I cancelled, they billed me again without my permission. Do not do business with this company. This company has subpar service. They are overpriced, and they engage in shady business practices. Update, After replying to this review, they continued to bill me for another service that was also cancelled. For 3 months. They then claimed to have no record of me cancelling. Fortunately I had the email to prove it. I had to change my credit cards with my bank and let them know that these are now fraudulent charges without my consent. Straight up criminals.

my website is being set up by Webware. I have gone over all aspects, sent all of the wording for the website, but everything from the phone number in the site to the information and email was wrong. I called, went over the changes with 2 people, once again it was wrong. my website is live and people are reading wrong information. The "about us" page has the same information repeated twice - no one bothers to read anything that they put on a page, everyone works like robots and no one has an ounce of brains to think and do anything. I am very disappointed and have asked to talk to the owner. lets see. Sharmila Perera

Working with Webware has been fantastic! They built my website from scratch and I love everything about it! I also find them to be very responsive when it comes to any changes or updates on the website. When I am late on approving an article or sending a response to my blog they send me reminders, which is very helpful. The best thing I like about them, is that they are very affordable as well! If you are looking into building your website and need help with your SEO as well, this is definitely a platform I would recommend you use.
