I still can't put into words how happy and satisfied I am with our new sash windows. The contact always friendly and professional, the price was unbeatable. Thank you Wheaterseal, finally we don't have to freeze anymore (genuine experience, not paid).

I was slightly wary about the company initially, purely due to the fact that they have not been in business very long, however I am very happy with the end result. Conservatory upgrade was carried out slightly earlier than the original estimated time. The installers arrived when they said they would and the work was carried out to a high standard. The only negative was a couple of communication misunderstandings, but these were very minor. Overall very happy, and would certainly use them again.

All process from initial visit to completion pretty hassle free and conservatory looks great. Am really happy with it and would recommend Weatherseal to anyone.

It took a while from deposit paid to installation of doors and windows due to access issue of the property outwith the company's control. From 30th June to 30th September. Communication could have been better as company number rang out. I believe it took about 6 weeks for the bespoke windows to be manufactured. On the actual date of installation the window installers worked through some challenging weather (constant rain and wind) not ideal working conditions but was impressed by their resilience. In the end, I'm happy with the final product and finish. Would buy again.

Very positive experience with Weatherseal Scotland who have recently fitted new windows for me. Sales process was relaxed and all questions were dealt with promptly. Fitters were excellent, very quick and left a well finished and tidy job. Overall very happy and would use Weatherseal again and would recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I did have some issues which were dealt with promptly and efficiently. My only constructive suggestion would be for the company to have one of their experts to sign off on the final job. Customers are not window experts. Please do not take a single bad review as typical of the way they do business. If you have a problem, talk to them. Highly recommended.

Horrible shady untrustworthy company, I would give zero star if it was possible. I paid about £4000 (£4k) deposit to get 12 square meter canopy and two doors by middle of Jun 2022. Instead, the CEO of the company and the company operations director conned me. No physical job delivered and the company doesn’t return my deposit. Just an update that it is ongoing court case now so think twice when you pay your deposit to this company. I lost my money and I only got headache and wasting time so far. I hope they correct their manners! AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, YOUR TIME, AND YOUR PEACE OF MIND FOR YOUR SELF AND YOUR FAMILY. ----------- It’s not an ongoing court case! LOL You lied as usual even when you wrote this comment. I have exchanged many many emails with you to resolve the dispute but your responses were just insulting threatening and accusing. You also refused to attend to mediation clinic arranged by the court since your chose your business policy to be conning your clients. If your customers know they don't need lawyer for SIMPLE PROCEDURE you would have more court cases like mine and probably you finally learned how to do business trustworthy with your customers instead of playing good cop bad cop with your operational director as good cop TO FORCE your customer to accept whatever they can get from you instead of what they agreed with your company representative who gives many false promises just to trap customer. Now you are striking off your company to open two new ones with your crime partner to continue conning new victims to rub them. if Trustpilot didn't blocked my comments last year you may have corrected yourself. We had all windows, front door and back porch replaced. We are so happy with the result. Very friendly team and would recommend to anyone.

Over the moon with my new windows, 6 weeks from start to finish and every member of the team I dealt with from start to finish were amazing and extremely friendly. I was worried of the work I may have to do once finished but there was nothing apart from hang the curtains back up. Fitters were tidy and bang on time each day for the distance they had to travel. I had a few questions along the way and the staff were always on hand to answer and gave me reassurance that all was in hand. Highly recommend the company for anyone looking for new windows, I now feel my house is complete after we moved in winter passed. Thank you for making our house a bright and cosy home for this winter to come. Lorraine and family.

After our previous positive experience with Weatherseal Scotland, we decided to use them again to do the remainder of our windows and a new back door. Once again the work done was quick (6 weeks from contract to fitting) and although there were a couple of (almost inevitable) snags, they were corrected rapidly and to our complete satisfaction. Dougie and his team of fitters were a pleasure to have in the house, and communication with Connor and the management/admin side was 1st class.

We had a couple of wee hiccups at the start but where soon sorted out by the Weatherseal Scotland team. Once we received the fitting date everything ran smoothly. We love our new windows and doors. The workmanship of Tod and Callum was second to none. Very professional fitters and their attention to detail is second to none. The boys cleared and tidied up once the job was completed you would never have known they where here. Can't recommend Weatherseal Scotland enough friendly knowledgeable staff with fitters with year of experience which is a bonus. Thanks again.

Workmen were so friendly and done a brilliant job fitting my windows and cleaning up the mess after work completed. I would highly recommend Weatherseal to anyone purchasing new windows. I’ll be getting Weatherseal back next year to install new doors for me as I’m very pleased with the work.

John and mark have just finished fitting our new double glazing, they fitted nine large windows and a front door in less than two days, they were kind and considerate and cleaned up everything after themselves. Two great fitters from a highly recommended company

Got the whole house replaced, windows are excellent quality and the local teams installing them did an excellent job, polite helpful and complete within 2 days even with troublesome windows to take out. Fantastic job the house looks great.

Just had my windows replaced by weatherseal and what a difference it has made. The windows look great, and the difference in heat retained is outstanding. Thank you to the boys who fitted the windows, who were extremely efficient and managed the job in two days - a very clean finish and they managed to blend it in with most of my original wood surrounds which was exactly what I wanted. In short - fantastic job, at a great price (two other companies asked for over £2000 more!!!!) and frequent contact to check all going well. I would highly recommend their product and service.
