Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway. I highly recommend Warmworks - the service we received from them was absolutely wonderful. They assessed my elderly mothers heating system, confirmed it was faulty and offered her complete new heating system (including a combi-boiler). It has made such a huge difference already. Everything was explained clearly to me, any questions I had were answered and nothing too much trouble. I was impressed by how smoothly everything went from start to finish...and the contractors were so clean and tidy that I'd no cleaning to do afterwards either!

Guys were great and efficient. I would have given 5 stars if I had been consulted about location of carbon monoxide alarm. I would not have put it 2/3 way up on brand new wardrobe facing. Plenty other areas to put it and keep within legislation.
So helpful great service with the best Firm chosen for the work completed in 2 days of the heat pump and solar panels. Warmworks kept in touch with us and were so helpful and caring.

The workmen explained everything they were doing and if I was happy where each radiator was being placed. When finished showed me how to work all controls They also cleaned up after themselves and left everything tidy. Great group of workers.

From start to finish we have been impressed with the service we have received from Warmworks. Customer Service was excellent. We were told in advance when engineers would arrive. Engineers arrived on time. The job was completed and the house left tidy.
Your colleague was on time with prior notification. He was friendly and courteous and checked everything without any sense of intrusion. Delighted with him and all the installation team.

Full system fitted quickly. House feels warmer. Unfortunately, repairs to plaster ceilings not done despite several broken promises. Can't give five stars.

Every person involved with the works have been professional but they have also been friendly and informative and have respected myself and my property at every stage and carried out the works in a timely manner and have cleared up so much after themselves to the point you would never know the works had taken place.
