Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway. Communication was great, on all aspects of the jobs being carried out. All workers were respectful of us and our property. Jobs were done to a high standard.

Company did the job quickly and without any mess and minimal disruption. They even left home very early in the morning to be here just after 8. The solar panels seemed to be working well when the weather was a bit brighter.

They will only deem you eligible for Grant-funded work where there's profit in it for them. Where you are deemed eligible, be warned that they will use cheap contractors and materials and maximise their profits. I know the buck stops with the incompetence of the UK Gov defining these Green grant frameworks, but these guys are leeching on this I competence at the home owner's expense. Stay clear!
Everything from our first enquiry regarding upgrading our heating system to the final inspection was faultless.It all went like clockwork.The team who did the work impressed us by their efficiency and keeping us informed at all times

This was a very positive experience for me. The company were in contact when they said they would be and their agents were friendly and helpful in planning and completing the work. The appointed company TK Murray, were professional and listened to my concerns about surface piping and adjusted the plan accordingly. The fitters were lovely guys and clearly did their best to keep the devastation to a minimum. Getting a complete new heating system is a major disruption, no two ways about it, but they did their best to make it as easy as possible. Would happily work with them again.
Professional, well informed. Arrived at agreed time for appointments and did not waste my time. Unexpected and much welcomed follow up to check if there were any issues. Exactly the kind of service one should expect but seldom happens.

Work was done pretty quick tested and works fine, heating engineers tidied up great when work was complete and gave instruction on how boiler etc worked very happy overall with the work
