Wares of Knutsford really turned the delivery around quickly when I explained we needed it urgently. I really can't give them enough credit; they are responsive, well priced and fast. My point of contact Bekki can't do enough to help. Hats off; great company.

It's not about the product -- they were just glass bottles after all. I would expect them to arrive intact and they did, well packed. It was the service. I requested in my order that it was urgent as I had Apple Juice ready to be bottled. And -- they did not disappoint. I ordered on Monday, they arrived early Wednesday. Brilliant -- thank you Wares of Knutsford.

Strong sturdy bag and good fit for 3 8oz jars. The bag will take 3 12oz jars as well. The window does not compromise the strength of the bag. I'm looking forward to good customer feedback.

In the end, when the right pie dish was sent rather than a wrong 'un, quickly rather than in 7 days, in sensible packaging rather than a papermill's weekly output of paper and a box the size of a rabbit hutch - it was exactly what we wanted, and had ordered. This was all down to the remarkable Bekki, without whom we would be pieless. Thank you Bekki. And thank you Wares of Knutsford, the only stockists of a round metal pie dish the right size for 2 people that we could find. At a give away price, with the wrong 'un chucked in free. We gave the wrong 'un to our rabbit, who hopes not to end up in a pie.

I placed small order after 2 weeks and no notification, I looked at my account, only not to find my order. Yet it had been paid for. After telephone call, found my order, apologised, and got order within 2 days.. Cannot fault them.

Great price and excellent packaging with my glassware arriving in perfect condition. Although there was a slight delay in my order I was kept fully informed of the situation which was very helpful and did not detract from the good experience had while ordering from Wares of Knutsford.

Tried this company a few times but very unhappy with their delivery service. Waited over a week for delivery which were only sent out when I emailed them. Was told next day delivery bit had to wait another 3 days. Then when jars came half the lids were damaged which tells me they didn't check before delivery as packaging was really good. They did replace the lids quickly though. As a small business I have to look else where as this has happened too many times.
