I can’t comment on the product itself ( joist tape ) as only time will tell how good it is but I was pleased with the very prompt dispatch of my orde.
Called them for advise on which Liquid mask to use, they gave good advice and couldn't have been more helpfull. Was ordered on a next day service and even delivered on a Saturday, would use them again.

First use of their Deck Tape and it seems great. Cheaper than some others but still pricing, but I felt the product had quality and if it does what it claims then it will be well worth the investment. Speedy delivery too and a minor issue with one incorrect item being dispatched was also resolved immediately with the correct item being sent next day. Very pleased all round

Great product but very high delivery charge, about 50% the cost of the tape! If you could sort that I’d be even happier, but still 5* for the product itself.

Excellent service. I ordered online late one evening and in the morning realised I had requested two rolls of material too little. I called and they very helpfully created a new order and added it to the first one to save me paying a second packaging/delivery cost.
Really great product their decking tape. Very quick delivery, excellent team with brilliant communication. Best not to peel back to much backing paper when applying, it is very sticky stuff. puddles of water can be seen sitting on top of the tape after it rained so it will protect the top of the decking frame.
