This is the second time I have used Walther Strong decking tape it comes in useful widths and is very easy to use. The tape really does protect wooden joists and is the best one I have used.

Thanks to Justine who handled my call regarding delivery status, and to the chap I spoke to regarding a Vat Invoice (sorry I didn't get his name). Both individuals were helpful and courteous throughout.

Great products and outstanding customer service

One of our team members found this product as we moved towards spray painting sash windows. We have only done a brief trial but all agree that whilst the product is expensive, it looks to offer a good solution to maintaining clean lines and glass.

Walther strong reviews were good, so I thought I'd try them as I was looking for a new supplier to work with. I placed my order and was told delivery would be in 2-3 days...2-3 days came and when so had to get parts from another supplier as it was slowing down my job. Phone Walther Strong to request a refund as they had failed to deliver the parts as promised which they said that it would take up to 10 days to action, It is now the 21st of December (the order was placed on the 7th), so I called them again to see what was happening with my refund and was told that I wouldn't get a refund until the parts were returned to them! I tried to explain that I had not received the parts as their delivery company had not delivered them which was the whole problem in the first place. Under the Consumer Rights Act if parts were not delivered I have a right to request a full refund and refuse any further delivery attempts...Walther Strong has had over 3 weeks to investigate and has not taken any action to solve the situation to date. This was the first time working with this supplier, and it will be the last, very poor customer service, and am still out of pocket.

Liked the fact that you supply sealant in multiple colours. Postage / delivery was expensive.
