Well, I called up Customer Services and got Daniel who answered the phone. He straight away told me that if I was not able to put the order online myself then he most likely would not be able to help. I know his accent sounded to be of someone born in the UK, but his speech was that of someone speaking English as a Second Language. He was rude and very very unhelpful - with him picking up calls I am surprised that WAE make any sales at all! When I asked to speak with a manager he told me there weren't any available and then launched into an argument with me. I think you will need to re-think your training programme and send him back for another session - he could use the refresher! By the way his line manager is called Debra, who does not have a last name.

I ordered an item online on 6th may, it was in stock, however the expected delivery date was a long way off. No problem, an email from the company offered quicker delivery with a courier fee. I rang to arrange this, only for 'Lewis' the advisor to tell me that paying extra would not guarantee earlier delivery. I queried the nonsense of his statement only to be told that, actually, the monitor wasn't even in stock. After reading bad reviews I cancelled the order immediately, and was told I'd get a refund within 5 days. This deadline passed and I had to chase up my refund, to be told its 5 Woking days. Again by 'Lewis'. I rang again, to be told that he has only now actioned the refund, and he tells me it would take 5-7 working days. I let this deadline pass and called again. This time speaking to 'Daniel', who said it can take up to 28 days for a refund. I asked for the department involved to call me directly, this never happened. I called my credit card issuer to raise a complaint against WAE+, excercising my right under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. 3 weeks after starting this, my account has been refunded as a result of taking this action. Avoid WAE+, they are liars, thieves and cheats.

Ordered a netgear wifi extender on the 22nd may 2013. It was marked as being in stock. On the 5th of June I got in touch with WAE as I had not received my order, only to be told "Unfortunately this product was not part of our core range and some times we rely on external sources for information on product lead times and stock availability. We are due to expect a delivery to you in the next 5-7 working days from our European warehouse. " The item was still marked as being in stock on their web site. On the 12th june I was then told " We are sincerely sorry for the delay caused with your order and can only apologise for the poor service received. We have informed the department concerned regarding your order and are waiting for their response. We aim to resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible. " I have now cancelled the order. Extremely poor service. And the item STILL shows as being in stock on their web site.

On the 31st of May, I placed an order for a hard drive (Order #170-961-2769) and I was given a delivery date of 11th-13th of June. Whilst this was longer than most other online retailers, I was happy as the delivery was free and I had been given a delivery date. From the 11th of this month, I looked on your site and checked my emails awaiting notification that the order had been dispatched, but my order's status was still "Awaiting Fulfilment", almost two weeks after the order had been placed, even though payment for this order had been taken on the day I placed my order. I checked my email and logged onto your website again today to see if this had been updated, and was disappointed to find no update. At around 1pm, after the last Royal Mail delivery to the office I work in, I decided to call your support team to see if I could get any further information. I was left waiting on hold for over 20 minutes with no message warning of long wait times. When my call was finally answered, I was given no reason or apology for the length of time taken to answer my call. I queried the status of my order and after the support agent queried this with the consignment team, I was told that you were having to source this item from an external warehouse out of the country and that my order would take another 7 to 9 days to arrive. As I had not received any communication about this via email or through your website and had already waited almost 2 weeks for this item, I enquired about cancelling the order and receiving a refund for the payment that had been taken, at which point I was told this would take 15 working days. As I work as a technical support advisor for an e-commerce provider, I know that it takes no more than 5 working days for a card payment to be refunded to a card and so considered this completely unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. At this point I was told that there were no managers in the call centre, which is an utterly ludicrous notion and was advised to email this address with any complaints. Frankly this experience is the worst experience I have had through a retail website. From my experience, the excuse that was given for the delay in dispatching the item is simply a cover for the fact that this item was not in stock at the time of purchase, which I should have been notified of at the time, or at some point during the 13 days I was waiting for my order. The fact that I have been given no such notification and instead had to call your support team, waiting over 20 minutes for my call to even be answered, to find out that my order would take another 7-9 days is completely unacceptable. I sent all the above information to them in an email on Thursday evening and have still not had a reply. Seems like they simply do not care.

My first impressions were really good, however I have been waiting for over a month now (read other reviews and this will start to sound familiar) and today I have received a small part of my order, the after sales service is awful. Everything I ordered was and still is showing as in stock, however when I called to find out what was happening with my orders I was told that most of it was out of stock and I would have to wait even longer to get it. I finally gave them a cut off point which has got some results but only a keyboard, mouse and Windows 7, not the greatest self built computer ever, I ordered most of my new PC from these guys. My advise is to steer well clear of this website as they have been nothing but disappointing. I ordered some other parts from various eBay members and the case from Amazon, all of which turned up within a week, some the next day. Dave from Wiltshire

Well, I placed the order on 6th June but it hasn't arrived. I emailed WAE+ earlier today about this but haven't had a response.

The order for two ethernet switches was placed 21/5/13 with both items showing as being in stock. Delivery promised within 5-8 days. No communication or goods so after contacting WAE on 3/6/3 and asking where my goods were I was told that one item was not in stock. Eventually I asked for a refund and they said that I could not have one because the goods had already been dispatched. Well they eventually sent one item on 7/6/13. Today (17/6/13) I checked the website and the other item was in stock so I requested that they dispatched the item or gave me a partial refund. They offered me a refund which could take 30 days. No effort to send me the goods. My advice is shop elsewhere especially if you actually need the goods you are ordering. One star is one star too many for this company.

My initial order was on 5th April and it has not yet been resolved. I have had various reasons for non-fulfilment, ranging from items being out of stock to waiting for a refund and promises of dispatch. As I write this on 17th June, I have received neither refund nor the goods I ordered. Furthermore, the last time I wrote expressing my disgust and threatening legal action. I have received no correspondence regarding this. This company has no mechanism for proper resolution of customer queries, and have acted in a thoroughly devious way to forestall the outcome. I suspect they simply rely on people giving up. Since my order was close to £200, I will be keeping at it. The low prices are a honey trap it seems. 2 1/2 months later I am still no firther to obtaining my money or the goods.

Disappointed that the product I wanted was not available and I have to have the same product in a different colour. Also not impressed with the long delivery schedule 10-12 days. The response time to answer the landline was very bad over 10 minutes and then my call was dropped.
