I placed an order thinking that the price was good enough to justify a three week wait for the product. Guess what product didn't arrive on the delivery date stated on my account page. Phoned the company to be told about a delay with warehouse issues blah blah. Told them to cancel the order. They told me that it will take up to 30 days to process a refund. (Why? I have no idea.) 32 days later and they still have my money. No attempt to contact me at any point ref delays to order or refund. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY I URGE YOU NEVER TO USE!
I ordered a Lexar 128 gb sdxc card, which was said to be 'In Stock'. Seemed a good website and a reasonable price, It had not even been sent to me 2 days later, so I phoned to discover that actually it was out of stock and coming from a supplier supposedly. There is no delivery date at all yet. I checked the website today, and yes the product is STILL described as being 'In Stock'. This is absolutely the first rule of business not to lie to your customers about such an important issue! Perhaps this kind of feedback - which is a good sign - will get them to sort this basic issue out!
Can't complain about the price. Cheapest I found anywhere. Delivery was a little longer than expected but it was free so I'm not complaining.
On 8th May I ordered and was quoted as "In Stock" a Samsung SoundBar and my £160 was IMMEDIATELY TAKEN. The due date for delivery suddenly change to the 24th May 2013. When I called on that day I was fobbed off saying it would not be due in for another week or so - YET IT STILL SHOWED IN STOCK!! I managed to get one for literally the same price from Debenhams and it was delivered the next day - incredible service. Today is the 19th June 2013 and I am still waiting for WAE+ to refund my £160. Thank goodness I used VISA since they will be my recourse to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I needed an economic hard drive case to check whether some spare drives were still working. Found case on WAE, good price, fast delivery, does what it is supposed to do. Will use again.
....and I haven't even got the item yet! Called well before closing time to pay for product, kept waiting with on hold music. When they finally answered, they were extremely rude and told me they wanted to go home and told me to call back tomorrow. How completely unprofessional!
Item was shown as in stock when order was placed. After a month of waiting I cancelled order. Still await refund so I will need to start calling to chase up refund?

Ordered a computer desk 1st may. Promised deliver by 9th. Never arrived. Dispatched on the 11th when I was on holiday. UPS held onto it for a week and then delivered. To my dismay they had sent the wrong desk, which was duly returned. Since then I have chased this shambles of a company on almost a daily basis, getting false promises of the returns department will dispatch my desk today, tomorrow, or it's on order and will be here in 3 days etc (oddly during this time the desh has ALWAYS shown as being in stock!), you know the drill. Fob off the muppet on the phone. After upping the ante and refusing to be fobbed off they have now started hanging up on me. So here I am almost 2 months later with no desk and £126 lighter on my credit card. Credit card company is now involved and will hopefully be getting my money back soon. This bunch of crooks really should be on rouge traders. If you want to lose money on false promises then use this company. If you'd like your stuff on time. Then do not touch this lot with a barge pole!

I searched the net for the best price and it was WAE, add in the the free postage, why go anywhere else. it arrived in good time, well packaged and in perfect condition. My wife is buying a new phone next month and if WAE stock the otterbox case for it, I wont look anywhere else to buy one from.
I placed a large order with WAE+ for various computer components due to their attractive prices. I paid a rather high delivery charge for 'express' delivery (£8.99 for an order of nearly £500). When the predicted delivery date came, there was no sign. A mail requesting an update got a reply saying one of my items was out of stock (even though the website still showed it as in stock). I requested a refund for that item. A week late, half of my order arrived. I then requested a refund for the rest (and order the items from good old Amazon instead). Nearly three months later, WAE+ have still not refunded over £300 for goods I did not receive. Reasons for not using WAE+: o Website says items are in stock when they are not. o Delivery dates are unreliable (based on two separate orders I placed) o Delivery charges are high and quoted times are long compared to other sites (and not reliable) o Very, very slow to refund money o They will string you along a little bit at time, eg showing order as complete when only partial delivery has been made; promise refunds; send partial refunds; all the while making you think they are dealing with their problems when they are not.
First time i've ventured away from Amazon for some time due to poor service from some of the better known online retailers. The price was cheaper by a considerable margin than any online store and the no quibble 14 day returns got me hooked. Postage was also free, if spending over £50. Delivery took a little while longer than expected but on emailing WAE+ they responded immediately, apologising and explaining, giving me a deliver date which they adhered to. Unfortunately, the graphics card was not compatible with my system so i had to return and test the 14 day no quibble returns. This was another effortless task. Efficient, no return postage, UPS pick-up and my account reimbursed immediately. Pretty impressive and certainly a 'plus' from me WAE+. So, now i've found another reputable online shopping company....good luck to them...I just wish they sold more products.
Had nothing but atrocious service from this company. Failed to deliver the item on three separate occasions with no contact until I chased them. Finally I cancelled the order (£300 worth) on 30th May 2013 and I still have not had a refund 19 days later. Can't email them other than through their site for which they do not reply to. Would never ever use this company and would encourage everyone to do the same. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Still waiting for my order after it was due. Don't use if you are in a rush, but do offer good products at low prices.
I expected the item I wanted within 10 working days, it took much longer. I made two phone calls both times to be told the item was on its way to WAE, one email which although acknowledged was never answered, nor did I receive confirmation when the item had been dispatched to me. Amazon have nothing to fear!
