The laptop was great, only the set up was rather a pain. I tried to set up Microsoft 365 and I couldn't get any further than the page where we can buy the app. It would be great if these issues could be sorted prior to purchase. But as I said...it's a nice little laptop

I had a problem with my PC Tower. As a pensioner I could not solve the problem. Mike and his team made sure I got a Replacement in time before Christmas Eve, as it was a present from my Wife. Replacement PC arrived up and running for Christmas Day working perfectly. Communication excellent throughout. Would use them again.
