I studied the net very hard to find a laptop to the spec I wanted. VULU had one which I bought a few months before and returned to them bought and bought a second one recently but to slightly higher spec but the same Dell machine. Nice company to deal with.

I bought a used laptop from Vulu and was very pleased with the speed of service and delivery however after a couple of weeks the laptop developed a problem. I contacted Vulu and wow, they were so responsive, asked me to send it back, they paid for postage etc and were really helpful, just 3 days later my laptop arrived back with a new motherboard having been installed. There was no hesitation in putting the problem right, they even gave me the option of a full refund if I would have preferred that which I didn’t. Highly recommend Vulu and I will definitely use them again for future tech needs.

Great service and good value. The team were very helpful when i had some initial setup problems that were my fault, and they responded quickly and politely to all of my questions, with clear instructions and details to resolve my issues. A really positive experience with a helpful team, and a great product. I would recommend Vulutech to anyone lookign for a pc with good backup, easy to communicate with team, and of course a years RTB warranty. Excellent.

My laptop was great, but it was running hot - the fan wasn't working properly. The return process was easy and straightforward. Vulu kept me informed of progress on the repair, and this morning my repaired laptop was delivered. It runs cooler now, job done! They provide good customer service and are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Vulutech offered an excellent service for providing refurbished IT equipment for our field engineers. The tough books were in excellent condition. We'll be using them again.

The laptop is too good for the price. It's clean, it's efficient and battery life is unbelievably amazing. Everything about the laptop works, the seller is an excellent communicator; he took time to take me through some tutorials. The delivery was also very quick. I am totally, if not completely impressed.

The Tablet I received was exactly as advertised and in perfect condition. The packaging was the best I have ever seen and in no way would the tablet have got damaged in transit. I sent a question in via their website and received a telephone call, with the answer, within the hour a very impressive service. I wouldn't hesitate in dealing with this company again. Fantastic service and products.

Unit received and classed as excellent. Unit very dirty and obvious scratches on screen. Product warranty registration was not possible as purchased through Amazon. This is an Amazon issue. As with many suppliers you do not expect a response. I did get a response from the supplier and I am blown away with the customer service and proposed solutions from full credit to credit with the store. I am happy with the unit technically and will retain and therefore have upgraded the review as a true experience and very pleased.

An Excellent product and very good service IMO. I'd had bue screen issues for years. A lack of sleep and blue screen migraines. Not had a single headache and sleep through the night since my purchase. Intially I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size screen, it was exchanged effortlessly. You could probably find cheaper screens that will take weeks to arrive and will no doubt be less effective.

really great customer service, couldn't find much better, had a problem with one of my hard drives, mike the person who tried to help was very quick in response, very friendly, super helpful. the laptop is really good, very quick, in good condition, battery lasts a few hours without charge, and I can pretty much do everything i need to do with it, where my chromebook cannot on the document side of things. next day delivery so no messing around which is always great.

I wanted to order a refurb laptop and knew the rough spec. By chance I visited Vulutech and the 1st thing that popped up was a discount voucher. I found the lap top i wanted, entered the voucher code instant 10% off. So I paid £6.99 extra for next day delivery, unfortunately it was a day late but Vulu apologised and instantly refunded my £6.99. Customer service is about addressing any issue and Vulu certainly ticked that box. The laptop seems to work well, does what it supposed to and for less than £145 what's not to like
