Made a last minute purchase for my off the grid camping trip. As advertised, it was perfect for our trip. It worked totally fine we were able to use so many gadgets, Flash lights and a portable car refrigerator and for many other devices. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family members

They delivered my power station within a week. I’m have it charged and ready to go. I could have used it during Beryl. I haven’t used it yet, but expect that will change soon. It appears to be a sturdy power station. I feel confident it will perform when needed, The pricing was better than Amazon

Ask twice over two phone calls to cancel an order and to get a refund and it never happened.

I received a power station about three weeks ago and it failed on the initial charge. It took 10 days for them to allow me to send the defective unit back. Now we are still waiting for a unit to use almost a month after they took my money.

Looks like a great product. I have played with it at home (no hard field test yet) but it has done more than I expected. My only complaint is I sent two emails to the support group for VTOMAN with a couple questions and have gotten no response. So not sure how well the warranty will hold up if I need it. Looks like a great addition to our dry camping (and maybe home power outages) adventures.

Paid for 2 stations Jump 2200 in July, received in September. The seller apologized for the delay and sent me an additional bag, a booster and 60 euros. It's great, everything is legal and very responsible, I recommend cooperation.

The box was received damaged. And the package did not include the jumper cable. Disappointed.

Works as it should so far I look forward to traveling with it.

Just bought a Vtoman 2200 jump with a 220w solar panel. It was fine for the first few days We tried the solar panel in the garden for the first time, and it was charging ok. It got up to 180w in moderate Sun. After about an hour we noticed there was no charge going in! Took the main unit back inside, tried the mains charger and even though the display was working we had no charge going in. Disconnected the unit from the mains and there was no output or display There was 70% charge in at the time but no output! On either ac or dc A Catastrophic failure. Emailed Vtoman 3 days ago and still not had a reply! Not filled with confidence regarding returns procedure Billy

I have been building a home with no accessible power,the vtoman is a excellent power source for charging my tools,phone and any of my power needs,holds a great charge, all and all a excellent product!! I highly recomend!!

I purchased a Jump 1800 generator with 400W solar panels. The generator worked as expected at first. Then I attempted to charge it with the solar panels. After approx. 1 hour, the generator stopped charging and would no longer power on. I returned it and got a replacement. THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED on the replacement generator. 1 hour of solar panel charging killed the generator. Sent everything back for a full refund. Had to pay shipping on the solar panel as they would only pay shipping for the generator. NOTE: Customer service response was slow. Couple of days before they would respond to each message. The whole experience took about 6 weeks to resolve.

I just purchased our third VTOMAN unit. I am a retired electrical engineer living green, off-grid in sunny Okanogan. This unit went to replace an Ecoflow unit that did not live up to the hype. Solid and dependable may not be sexy, but, my wife will tell you, performance and dependability is what it's all about.

Worst experience ever buying online. Sent confirmation for wrong item. No answers phone, email go days without response. Won’t cancel an item before it’s shipped. Stay away from them. I don’t even know if the product is any good since I want to send it back since I cancelled multiple times.

OK so I FINALLY received the outstanding* refund after much ado and many threats - the company finally released the money a couple of weeks after receiving the returned (unwanted) item which they sent to me in error. If you're wondering about the asterisk, the refund didn't cover the trolley which should have been free of charge and which they didn't send, so I'm actually £49.00 out of pocket, but I can't be bothered to pursue this matter......maybe that's part of Vtoman's business plan - genius!

The bag is too big for the box which is disappointing.

Ich kann nur allen anderen bestätigen, das von vtoman absolut keine Antwort kommt😡. Seit Tagen versuche ich raus zubekommen, weshalb das zweit Paket nicht an GLS übergeben wird. Auf keine Nachfrage eine Antwort. Bis jetzt auch keine vernünftige Rechnung mit Garantie Angaben bekommen, obwohl ich schon vor einer Woche bezahlt habe. Werde nur mit weiteren Angeboten bombardiert

I LOVE THEM!! I HAVE 3 600 and 1 1500 RUNS OUR WHOLE ISLAND INCLUDING THE WATER PUMP!!! They charge fast ( have 2 100 w FANTIK SOLAR PANELS)

Awesome system and planning adding a second generator. This is a must have generator for everyone at home or for traveling outdoors.
