Slow service and slow delivery and slow to answer questions. They need a phone line so people can call in with a quick question instead of waiting for days for an email.

I like the Jump 1800. Just got the 400W solar panel so I plan on testing it out this weekend.

Worse company I've dealt with. Order 2200 Power Bank,received and had problems plugging multiple devices in, they don't fit UK plugs. Was informed its my plugs that were the issue!. Contacted, appalling customer service, very bad English grammar, and in some replies just rude. I requested a refund, they refused as outside 30 days, even though it's a manufacturing defect. The device is very loud, on charging and discharging, I have other power stations alot quieter. In all, it was a bad purchase and poor customer service/experience. I'd never use them again and definitely wouldn't recommend this company at all. They deserve 0 stars. Update: After receiving this reply, there is some suggestion I purchased from alternative company, this is not true and purchased directly from their manufacturers website, email and receipt to proof it. It would have been nice for them to rectify this issue, but again this reply just cements the fact they have no idea on customer experience. Still not resolved my problem. Asking the the customer to return the item at their cost and not confirming the refund amount is not acceptable.

Took it camping for 5 days and it powered and it charged everyone's electronics. Also, was used to boil water every morning with our electric kettle. Very impressed with this product and the price!

The best experience I’ve had online. I bought the Flashspeed 1500 Power Station, it arrived within 3 days in my front door. Very fast shipping and very informative, they let me know once it shipped with tracking number. I would totally recommend.

I ordered a flashspeed 1500 ten days ago. I received a "thank you for your order" email. I checked after a week to see if it had shipped and the order # came up blank re shipping. I emailed and asked if there was an issue and have still never got a response.

I have tested multiple power stations and for the price these are truly The Best.........

I am a United States citizen and was charge 639.20 for 20% tax on my purchase. I have been trying to get my money refunded, look at my first invoice and you will see the 20% tax that I was charged. Stop trying to scam me out of my money give my money back. VTOMAN IS ASCAM WEBSITE YOU CHARGED ME TAX EVEN IF YOU COPY THE WRONG INVOICE. YOU STILL CHARGE ME FOR TAX. Item defective within 1 week of usage and contact support and was quick to respond and sent me shipping label for return and exchange for new one. Thanks vtoman.

Tired connecting 3 things works good

Looks like I’ll have to look else were for my power needs, I would not recommend the vtoman power stations for the simple reason, they are not reliable. I am just about to send my third one back after the same issue occurred. Communicating with customer service is a nightmare. I loved the product but it just does do what it says on the tin.
