On time. efficient, personable and friendly. The day was sunny so that was a plus. No sign of water ingress at the moment but the garage is for the most part inaccessible so I won't know completely for a while as it is used as storage as I have just moved in to this house. Thank your team please.

Garage roof replaced quickly and smoothly and all rubbish removed leaving everything clean and tidy. Our garage is a double garage with a workshop space attached so no small job but the old asbestos removed bagged and disposed of and a new roof installed in a single day. The guys rang to confirm their anticipated time of arrival and were prompt and courteous throughout. Excellent job.

I had my old asbestos roof removed and replaced on 10th October. The work was really good my garage looks like new. I would recommend this company.
The salesman, surveyor, office and fitters really need to talk to each other. Firstly, the salesman assured us that final payment could be paid by credit card as we had paid our deposit that way, I know I asked the question regarding final payment and he assured us that the fitters would have a world pay machine as he had on his phone and that they could take both final payments that way - the office said this wasn't possible - wanted bank transfer. The fitters they said needed bank transfer or cheque. Fitters asked for cash. Secondly, the surveyor had assured us that the inside would be cemented in - we are left with loose bricks as fitters said they didn't do cementing and that an outside security light would be removed and refitted once work complete again the fitters said they couldn't do this. Found the overall experience disconcerting as we were told different information at each juncture. Also, for a business to expect payment in full before the fitters left is not only intimidating, but not very professional. Even our local plumber and electrician send an email invoice for payment. Otherwise, fitters arrived on time completed the work and cleared up after themselves. The new roof looks good, but then it should for the money paid.
I had a very bad experience with this company. The Sales manager Steve came to do our quote and then gave me the hard sell treatment- when I said I needed to consult with my son as he was paying for the job, Steve said he couldn't hold the quote so I felt pressurised into signing the deal. He then asked me for a 45% deposit which I wasn't prepared to pay, so asked me for a random figure which I agreed to. My mother then got a quote from VSF over the phone for the same job on her garage, which was £2000 less than my quote (only a slightly smaller garage). When I called VSF to complain about the huge difference in quotes Steve spun me a ridiculous story about my 85 year mother (with a standard domestic garage) being mistaken for a trade customer & given a trade discount! It was so obviously a lie it was almost laughable, but the outcome to VSF was the loss of 2 jobs, as neither of us went ahead with them. Disgraceful company, AVOID!
Your operatives were polite and answered all my questions. On completion they cleaned up and put back all they had moved.
Vsf garage roof replacement was exactly as promised, was kept informed all along from start to finish. Verry pleased with results.

The surveyor arrived on time and was really professional ,gave loads of information and provided and installation date to suit there and then. The fitters arrived on what had to be the worst day possible for them in the middle of Storm Babet and ploughed on through the most foul weather . They were soaked to the skin but never stopped all day long and even managed to sleep up and tidy everywhere they had been . I am delighted with the garage renovation and the price was extremely competitive. The certificate of asbestos removal and after care information was received a couple of days after completion and communication from the office was fantastic . I would not hesitate to recommend as it has been faultless from start to finish

The team of Roofers arrived on time over the two days that was required to remove old asbestos sheets and replace with the new roofing product. They gave me regular updates on progress and any particulars that might need my input. The team were friendly and kept disruption to a minimum over the whole project. Very pleased with the end result.
The two guys that transformed the garage need a massive pat on the back. I felt the job should have gone over two days as it was not completed until fairly late the same day. The asbestos roof was removed quickly safely and with very little fuss. I am more than happy with the finished result it has transformed the garage completly.Thank you guys top job
From the initial discussions, the on site review/work content estimate, to the arrival of the two guys to do the job - was smooth and painless. The job was well done and carried out in a professional and friendly way and they were working flat out to complete on time.
The whole VSF process went like clockwork. WE know that we selected the best team for this contract. The initial introduction was very good , support from the Office Team came just as we needed it and the Installer team were excellent
