I approached VSF for a quote to replace my Asbestos roof and side personnel door on my pre-fabricated garage. They were prompt in getting back with the price which I thought was good, and agreed to proceed. Contract paperwork was sent and installation date agreed following their surveyor visit to the property. The installation team were very good and all went well, leaving me very pleased with the finished product. A few days later paperwork receipt and asbestos certificate were received. The whole experience was excellent from first point of contact till finished job, staff being efficient and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend VSF.

We were very impressed with the way Tomasz Sochowski carried out his work. He had to do the installation unassisted because his colleague was unwell, and worked extremely hard while remaining polite and cheerful! He pretty well finished the job within the forecast timescale. As far as we can tell, the quality of the installation is good and we are very pleased with it. Excellent service from start to finish. Installers worked continuously and did an excellent job. They arrived early morning and completed by 2pm. All the old roof was taken away for disposal and they left the area clean and tidy.

Although we had to wait a number of weeks for the job to take place, Vsf kept us informed when necessary. They were very efficient during the process and the contractor who actually did the work did a very good and professional job. It was worth waiting.

We used VSF Garage Repairs UK to remove an asbestos roof and replace it with a galvanised steel roof. The 2 guys who completed the job was called Anthony Lloyd & Aiden Hill. They arrived at 0730 and stayed until the job was completed. Anthony Lloyd was the main guy and he certainly has years of experience. Found them both polite and the consumer care was 100%. We are so pleased with the work carried out, and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend VSF Garage Repairs UK, and definitely recommend Anthony Lloyd & colleague Aiden Hill. In summary, a First Class Job.

Very pleased with the work and the fitter had to work on his own as his colleague was of sick.He worked hard on his own Only disappointment was we bought a hose diverter which we didn’t realise there was more than one way of fitting a water butt.and this extra job was agreed on the sale of the order and he didn’t ask which we preferred and didn’t use the diverter and would have come in handy for fitting to another butt on the house gutter and cannot find it so assume he had taken with the rubbish . I am writing this on behalf of my eighty five year old mother who has just had her asbestos roof replaced on her concrete garage by VSF. It is not often I feel like dishing out praise but VSF have been very professional throughout and Anthony, the installer, and his mate, were really nice chaps who were polite and very hard working even though the weather wasn't very nice. They are a credit to your organisation. They certainly drank plenty of tea according to mum! She is absolutely over the moon with the final result. You even matched the replacement tiles with the house roof. Hopefully I will get to see the transformation myself soon as well!

Company has just completed Jan 24' an asbestos garage roof replacement booked in Nov 23' in around 6hrs. Beware that they need payment immediately to the installer (contractor) and then final payment to company. Who were already on the phone at 9am the following day. I raised concerns over working at height methods being used and received an in depth, positive response. Installer did a great job overall.
