This was surprisingly easy. No hard sell explained what was needed. The person doing measurements was so precise the installation was quicker than the installers expected. Everything done professionally and all paperwork including the certificate re removal of asbestos now received

From start to finish we were very happy . Very polite man who showed us the file with how the garage would look when finished . The wait to have the job done was quite quick . The men arrived as stated and worked non stop all day until the job was finished . Looks fantastic, really pleased . A neighbour was so impressed that they are now having their garage roof done .

From the very first contact, when someone came to look at my garage to provide a quotation, through to the installation work itself, I found the people I was dealing with to be really pleasant and considerate. I felt confident that I was dealing with a company that did things well, properly and safely (given the asbestos issue with my garage roof). I now have a leak-proof garage roof and a beautifully fitting garage door. I'm so pleased with the result that I had to go and dance in my garage yesterday when the heavens opened and dumped a deluge on us. Dry, warm and watertight - such a treat after years of putting up with constant leaks.

Absolutely fuming, disgusted, if I could give 0 star I would. The shoddy workmanship, unprofessional manner in which I was spoken too in the phone, and excuses I've been given. Don't know where my last review went, looks like it's been taken down. Steer clear of this lot. By Nathan's Mum

Efficient from the day we met the rep who gave us an estimate, the surveyor who both turned up on time. The father and son team who carried out the work and who arrived on time. They worked very efficiently without any disturbance to us and it was a pleasure to have their company for the day so all in all your company did a first class job

Friendly and very professional. Not pushy but helpful and informative. The surveyor was also very efficient. The installers was prompt and completed on schedule. They also tidied up and removed all rubbish.

Operatives on time polite even friendly, very hard working left no mess. Quality of workmanship and materials excellent. (A bit expensive though)

I just wanted to let you know what a stellar job the installers did for us. Daniel and Harrison arrived promptly and were friendly, polite and courteous all day. It was unbearably hot but they battled on to complete the job. I kept them supplied with cold drinks as it was so hot, and each time they said how much they appreciated it. I just wanted you to know that your business is in safe hands with workers like Daniel and Harrison. The booking process was very smooth too. Your office staff were very helpful each time I called. I was extremely pleased with the work done on my garage roof and door. The fitters were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They also cleared away leaving nothing behind and everywhere was brushed down and washed. Great job and people

Fast and efficient completion and being informed at all stages of progress Quality of replacement roof and installation were excellent. The guys fitting the roof kept us informed of any problems and together we came up with a solution. Would highly recommend VSF from ordering to completion

The company kept in regular contact throughout the waiting period. The installers turned up ahead of time and started working even though the weather wasn't very good. Everything was explained at each stage and health and safety was followed with regard to the removal of the asbestos roof. They finished in very good time. A superb job.

Highly efficient punctual friendly and did a superb job. Both VSF and contractors. Looks fantastic. My only minor gripe is that you can’t pay by credit card with the added security and peace of mind that gives you.

The two men worked very hard in breezy conditions and completed an excellent job. They had a long day with travelling distance. They were very pleasant throughout. The finished roof seems excellent and I am sure it will withstand the extreme weather conditions we frequently have in this area.
