Walked in at 3:30 pm while on travel thru Palmy, got no pressure to upsell an expensive replacement, I got a laptop that met my needs at a good price, and by 5:30 pm I was out the door, with data recovered (very cleverly in the fastest, cheapest way possible) from the old laptop, and the new one set up and running. Very pleased with the service.
