VRC need to improve their communication with online orders. As received no confirmation or tracking details, so had to follow up myself. But received what I ordered by end of the week,

Really awesome service. Found the wheel and pedal set online. Was the best price that I could find. Had trouble buying through the website with filling in my address but called the guys and they had me on the line while they worked in the background for a fix. Got a fix and ordered around 10-11am. Next day the product turned up to me in Hamilton and have been enjoying it ever since. Fantastic service all round. Thanks heaps

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I had to keep emailing and ringing to see where my order was and was told twice my item had been shipped when it hadn't which was confirmed by the sent date on the tracking number, which i had to ask for 3 times because they had lied about the date it was sent. Would definitely not buy from this company again.
