Be very careful , want your money upfront , mainstream leasing companies don’t , I asked for 2 year deal and ended up with them sending me paperwork for 3 . As he was really busy I didn’t hear from Sanj for 2 1/2 days I shopped elsewhere . Volvo dealer direct who take deposit after car delivered . Going through small claims to get my deposit back . Shop around prices aren’t all as they seem .

Poor communication, conflicting advice, most communication over the phone not in writing. Sanjay didn’t hand over to colleague when on leave and off sick leading to lots of delays. The process is completely chaotic. Now they still have my money, it is over a month since I asked for the car to be ordered and I still don’t have a delivery date, even though it is a stock car. Very stressful experience- avoid at all costs.
