I had a little issue with my delivery date. However it got sorted really quickly and I was given a goodwill gesture, which very nice. Dan Day and Adam was very helpful. Good services.

Got 2 beautiful mercedes from Sanjay and he has been so helpful on both. He helps out with any questions or problems even after he has already done the deal. It's has been straight forward and simple both times and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Voozo Dealer recently sourced me a new Hyundi Tucson, they provided me with a deal far more reasonable than we had come across previously. The customer service was excellent, the Dealer Sanj exceeded our expectations in ensuring going above and beyond to ensure that the model we selected was delivered in a short time frame - just before Christmas. I would highly recommend and will absolutely use again.

Dan Day told me that he would be able to get me a vehicle for a certain day in certainty. My order ended up being 2 weeks later than agreed because I didn't submit a form until after 5 days of recieveing it due to work commitments. At no point was it made clear to me that this would effect my order date so severely and when I tried to express my dissatisfaction to Dan he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and didn't take responsibility for his untruthful promise. I was exceptionally frustrated by this as he pushed the deal through with me very hard by guaranteeing the arrival date under no uncertain terms. I very much considered pulling out of the deal due to this and was left very dissatisfied.

In the main straight forward apart from the paperwork, it was very confusing as the agent I was dealing with did not explain which paperwork was required correctly & kept asking for additional copies as he said he had not received them, in the end I had to send 3 times & the last time by recorded delivery, it transpired that i had been given the wrong address to return the required documents also even though I started the in order in plenty of time & I was assured that the vehicle would be delivered as requested, it was actually delivered 3 days late & there was a lot of last minute paperwork to resolve So in the main happy with deal but the administration leaves a lot to be desired

I went on comparison sites to compare leases and Voozo beat the lowest price I found and it meant I could be more specific with what I was looking for.

Will never use again. Car was 12 weeks late ( due to Merecedes) but no ownership of the problem. I ended up dealing direct with the supplier, and then Voozo had the cheek to call me on delivery day ?? Poor attitude- " what can I do ?"- was the standard response. Only interested in finders fee, couldn't get my money quick enough !! Avoid at all costs.

Very helpful in getting the car I wanted at a good price.
