Fantastic experience

I was recruited to be a Focus Group participant for Vocal Views by an employee of the company. As per the agreement there was to be a $45 incentive paid upon completion of this Tequila focus group. The online interview about Tequila was completed at 6:15 pm PT on Wednesday, 3/18/2020. ​The employee's colleague confirmed after the focus group session that we were to expect payment in 10 working days. After said 10 working days, I received an email from the employee that recruited me, stating that the finance team needed 10 extra working days to complete payment, to which I complied with without fuss and offered them my zelle, PayPal or venmo for payment if they wanted to go that route. Approximately 1 month after completion of the focus group session, I reached out to the employee who originally recruited me for the tequila focus group and she did not respond. A week passed and I reached out again to see what was going on with the payment. She never responded and when the payment was finally sent via Transferwise,( a month and 2 week after the focus group), the finance team used a wrong bank info in the transfer so I was never paid. I contacted the employee who recruited me for focus group about this matter and told her what had happened. Four days later she responded back and said she would follow up. I have since followed up with her twice and over 2 months since I completed the study, they have chosen to act fraudulently and not pay me. My only other course of action is the legal route, because I've been left no choice. The main people running the Focus group have all refused to respond to inquiries for payment or to acknowledge my inquiries as to why I haven't been paid in well over 2 months. I have proof and email correspondence with all of the people above to corroborate my story.

A good online research with interesting questions and good support . Only negative was too many questions per day which made you loose a little interest towards the end of each day and said should take about 45 minutes to answer which was impossible in that time . But taking away from that really enjoyed the topic

Really enjoyed the study. It was very different from others in the past. Made you think out of the box and be a bit creative. Would highly recommend.

I have been with Vocal Views for years. I like it because they are different from others and their tasks are usually interesting. Here I can feel my voice heard.
