I bought an ice bath and of December 2024. It's now 27th of Feb. First tub they sent was poorly made and leaked straight away. They sent a new one out and it was even worse. Covered in glue and leaked even worse - the lid also leaks. I've been asking for a full refund but the customer service does everything they can to avoid it and they only reply once or twice per week. They purposely go round in circles as slowly as possible to avoid a refund. They offered to send a third tub, but where does it end? I've not even been able to set it up to try the ice chiller but they tried to claim they can't refund due to hygiene reasons. Don't buy one whatever you do!

ordered an icebath and chiller combo and although the chiller works well the ice bath is poorly made and leaks everywhere, first it was the lid and then the icebath itself started leaking all around the seams in multiple spots. Although the website claims a 12 month warranty, the company refuses to honour the warranty on the ice bath and claims it is a "mistake" on their website and the warranty on the ice bath is only 30 days and are trying to get me to buy a new one false advertising on an inferior Quality product, it will be going in the bin, ill be following this up with fair trading. BUYER BEWARE

You never delivered my product. Have put in a dispute with credit card company for refund. Disgraceful service and don’t respond to emails. Advertised phone numbers are not correct - nobody who answered works for them. Sham company!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are now countless reports of illegal trading conduct such as taking customer's money and not providing the product nor responding to countless emails or calls (>15). The phone numbers they used are now invalid and correspond to other businesses as Vital Supplies appears to now be only online. Given my own experience, and many others in this review section, I will be reporting them to higher authorities - please email me if you wish to contribute to this report please email me here: vitalsuppliesreporting @ g***.com. I will not be using my name on here until a legal proceeding and need others to make a case.

I was disappointed to pay full price for three bottles of the Imuni Complete Vegan Supplement and find that they were all six months out of date! There had been nothing to warn me that the this was the case. I can only assume that the efficacy of the product is now unknown and so it is not of use to me. I have sent two emails over the last few weeks to VITAL+ informing them of the dating and requesting a refund. I have offering to return the product unopened. There has been no response.

I ordered a bouncer over 2 weeks ago and have emailed vital+ numerous times for an update on its progress via the email address and via their socials and tried to call the number on the website and it's disconnected. Very frustrating that I can not get in contact after the money has been taken from my account.

No correspondence I placed my order on the 26/02/23 and have not received any shipping information. I have emailed the company 3 times, sent 2 online enquiries and attempted to call the contact number on the website numerous times, all of these contact attempts have gone unanswered. Contact number says 'not connected'. Absolutely appalling customer service, I would like to cancel my order and get a refund but given my previous contact attempts have been ignored I don't like my chances. Absolutely do not order through this company at any point!

It has been over 4 weeks and I have not received my order. I have been told my items have gone missing with the post but now not received follow up.

Vital+ emailed to let me know that they didn't have a product I had just purchased, and gave me the chance to choose a product that I wanted to replace it with. Thankfully there was a spray version of the tablets I had ordered. While it would be great to see better reflection on the site of what's in stock, I appreciated this.

Huge disappointment. An item has not arrived. I ordered 2 items but one item was not in the postal bag. They told me to email them when I called them. I emailed 2 times in 2 weeks and still no reply. If I don’t hear from them within next few days, I am ready to report to the appropriate place.
