Delivery of items were too long and with no communications about them until being chased up by the client. 3 stars for the items shipped correctly and 2 stars for the long wait and lack of communication.

Appreciate that I got the item in a relatively quick timeframe (express post, ordered Tuesday, received Thursday - different capital city). Item was priced fairly, communication good.

Having worked in Pharmacy, I am pleased to say that company goes above and beyond. You are kept informed on the progress of your purchase and the delivery. Postage is quick and products are genuine.

Shocking company. Took me escalating it to PayPal for them to do anything. Have received half the order and still awaiting the other half. Ordered 2.5 months ago. Not worth the stress and extra work you have to do to actually try and receive what you ordered. WARNING! BAD COMPANY!!! Interesting that they said it’s Australia post. And took over 2.5 months to get here. But every other company i have ordered from has managed to get order to me in appropriate time frame. If you don’t want to be waiting months, Which seems to be a pattern going off reviews. Don’t order from this company.

Order placed 31/12/2021. For basic Vit D, Zinc. Quercetin. Still waiting as at 26/02/2022 (2 months later)! Quercetin was listed as pre-order but new stock was due in late January. Other products in stock were asked to be shipped separately. Take forever to respond to any query, if at all. Won’t be using again. Really abysmal service and communication. Edit: 12/03/2022 still waiting on 2 products. Order was placed on 31/12/2021! This company actually contacted Trustpilot to query my review and indicated I had mistakenly reviewed them. They couldn’t ‘join the dots’. I was then asked for proof, which I didn’t have a problem with supplying, as I wasn’t mistaken. Seems they spend more of their time trying to have bad reviews deleted/removed than fulfilling their duty to their customers. Definitely won’t be going back!

Wish there was a negative or 0 stars. Ordered RAT tests early jan, eventually got an option for swapping to another type or cancel the order. I requested to cancel. This was 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything from them. No replies to msgs or emails or phone calls!! One big scam site as far as I’m concerned!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I purchased in stock N95 masks on 13th of January, as per website orders being dispatched between 3 - 10 business days. On 31st of January 12 business days since placing my order I sent an email as order was still unfulfilled. Today received a response after 7 business days stating: “We have been and still are experiencing delays with all facemasks as our suppliers are constantly changing ETAs. Hence unfortunately there is no estimated delivery time frame yet.” Again this item was in stock at time of purchase! It is a con. I have requested a full refund, I wonder how long I will be waiting. Poor customer service! DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.

Placed an order at the start of January, contacted them a week later and was told there was a backlog in orders. Over a month later still nothing and no correspondence from them despite repeated attempts to contact them. Edit: I did actually receive most of my order 6 weeks after placing it and a refund for the missing part.

It is the 1st of Feb 2022, I still haven’t received shipping details for my order made on 4th January 2022, after emailing their sales and admin team several times (they only provided one intial response to my first email- where they apologised for the delay). I have since been ignored, and have no idea if my order is going to actually ship or not. Save yourself the drama and purchase elsewhere.
