I joined gsc in my fifth month of pregnancy,though I was not active in the group I follow every instructions given by Dr Vishnu mane sir and I feel more positive and happy during this journey. My baby is so active in the womb that when ever I listen to trance, musics or do any sort of exercise it responds to me.. I strongly recommend this program to all the pregnant ladies. I'm now in 18 weeks of pregnancy and I started this sessions 1 week ago it's really very peaceful and helpful to achieve a good health and a active baby..There's a regular schedule which we have to follow ,,In the schedule there's a Creativity by moms ,Yoga,meditation,tratak,Brain gym n many more things to do in our free time,There's a consultation of gynecologist,Daily updates on what's app group...Vishnu Sir and He's team is very supportive and solves queries very nicely.....That's all I want to say right now if in this journey the more things will do so I will share with you all that on further feedbacks...Thank you Vishnu Sir and he's team for your support and to do such a good job which will creates a history...

Excellent Mind blowing

The GSC itself is a boon for all women who are pregnant and in planning phase . They just dont collect the money and leave there ,they will keep motivating through various means and ensure people make the best use of the resources available. Until i joined GSC,I wasn't sure What activities to do during pregnancy,how to stay positive. I use to keep browsing for meditation tips, music to listen... But this is like one stop shop... Just follow the directions.. thank you very much sir
