This is my first pregnancy now I’m 9 month pregnant. when I joined GSC to till now i feel so good I never regret for sec why I joined, but I’m so happy🙂. The journey with GSC is so beautiful all the activity, inspiring and informative session (because of first pregnancy don’t know anything such as changes in body, how to face the problems, what I have to eat n what not and how to react but Session of Doctors is very helpful), yoga session is also best (unfortunately because of bedrest I couldn’t attend) and most important and helpful for me is music and trance during this period I go though many complication I was covid positive, Pregnancy health issue, family issues, death of close one but it always keeps me calm.... Vishnu sir and entire GSC family is very helpful ... Thank you all 🙏🏻 ... last but not the least thank you each and every friends of the trimester group because of your question n answers and activities always motivated to keep me active in group 👍

GSC made my pregnancy journey beautiful. It's my 8th month going on and till now I am following everything that has been mentioned in GSC program and trust me this is really beneficial for both me and my baby. Writing affirmation, doing activity, prenatal yoga, meditation,reading books..all these activities really became a part of my regular routine with the help of GSC

My expierence with GSC is going superb..I will suggest to join all pregnant women this group during this beautiful phase of life to make it just PERFECT...!!

After joining GSC's PPC programme,I have become more positive and confident. I really enjoy all the activities that GSC Team planned for us. After joining Gsc i have become more positive & calm.. trans & music listening creates peace in mind.. i enjoy doing yoga sessions, brain gym, fun with gsc…they create webinar on different topics which help person who is pregnant for first tym … Every member mahima mam, sayali mam , pradnya mam all are very nice & cooperative.. I love being part of gsc

GSC is awesome , but at times when we cant do sessions then please kindly send us recordings in email, so that we can save the recordings forever.....there should be fun with GSC session twice a day please kindly. Also please kindly if possible can we have professional craft and art and dance sessions by professionals please...

Initially, I was very confused about what to do and what not to do. After joining GSC, my routine is very well planned. I got to know many art forms. The enthusiasm I have seen in all super Moms is unimaginable. My baby started kicking while listening to Vishnu sirs tratak video. In my first pregnancy, I was not able to decide about diet/exercise. But now in my second pregnancy, I am really very happy to join GSC. We are getting many activities which are engaging our mind.. Really enjoining a lot. Thanks for all the support getting from doctors on time. Thank you GSC team. Sorry if I have missed anyone.
