The whole process went very smoothly, with clear and prompt replies to my queries. The only thing was that it was not clear that the fee quoted for your service at the point of payment didn't include the VAT. This surprised me. We have had a separate correspondence on this issue.

Excellent service. I called for some help and guidance. I discussed this by telephone and was very impressed with the helpful advice given. Visa arrived in less than 48 hours.
I wasted hours on the GOI direct e visa application (which I have used before) with pages that would not save and continue. Their help desk simply told me to change my browser and clear browsing history which made no difference. I tried on different computers to no avail. In despair I found Visa Genie and it could not have been easier and at a very fair charge. Thank you. You did what you said you would do and I will recommend you to others.
