I must say I was concerned about using a visa company. But Visa Genie helped so much with the application (for China on business) and were very patient as it took several attempts until my letter of invitation met the requirements and many other aspects of the form and required paperwork. The whole process was handled professionally. Every step was explained. Great service and value for money.

Visa Genie make the daunting task of applying for a China visa a less stressful experience. They respond quickly to any problems or queries and are friendly and approachable. They are able to sort out all the necessary requirements; through their initial questionnaire, the official application forms are completed for you by Visa Genie. Last time I applied I was met at the visa issuing office by a representative of VisaGenie which was very helpful and reassuring. I have used them several times over the years. They are brilliant!
