Although my application went through without any issues, I think the process could have been more informed. For example, I was asked to provide an invitation letter. I did ask if there were any specific details to include. It wasn’t good enough so was sent a template, why couldn’t that have been sent to begin with? It wasn’t easy communicating with my Chinese friend due to the 7 hour time difference. The same happened for my travel to mainland China letter. Also! I was met at the embassy but he was around 45 minutes late. He never called me to tell me this. I had to keep chasing and making calls. He finally called when he arrived. Not good when you suffer anxiety for timekeeping.

Both of you, Dhara and Ash, give the impression of availability, patience and efficiency. Especially appreciated Ash's saying, when it was really helpful to know, that the current Indian visa situation was changing a lot and could continue to do so. You have helped me over the years with visa for various countries and I so appreciate that. Would not bother with any other company!

The process was a joy compared to last year applying for the paper visa that took alot of time and information... Using Visa Genie was absolutely worth it... The application was short and easy, the information required I had on hand as it was the basics... It didn't take me 15 minutes to complete and I sent all the details on the Monday and I had my Visa the Wednesday... I'm so happy.. So thanks to everyone in Visa Genie... Well done... Visa Genie dealt with all aspects from filling out the applications to advise on the invitation letters. They checked all the necessities to make sure that we would not be rejected on the day of presenting to the Chinese visa place in Manchester. On the day they had us escorted to the Chinese visa place and made sure we were seen in a relatively quick time and took us through the whole process. We can not recommend this service highly enough. The staff are extremely professional and friendly.
