My original visa application done by myself on the Indian government website was rejected due to the photos I supplied. This puzzled us as my wife's were accepted, and had been supplied in the same format. As requested I supplied further photographs but these were again rejected without explanation, the Indian government helpline not even having the courtesy to respond to my query as to why. As time was running short I chose visa genie due to their simple to complete application form and photo service. I received my visa within 48 hours. Quick, easy and efficient. I was tempted to give 5 stars, but there is always room for improvement. For example, a visa with picture could be sent, instead of visa without photo, but otherwise excellent, 4.7 stars.
