Our company has been incredibly impressed by Virtual Employee and the tremendous amount of value and added productivity they have provided to us over the course of the past seven months, so I felt inclined to share my great experience with those considering a partnership with Virtual Employee. Our company worked with a different Virtual Assistant company in the past, and we left due to our overall dissatisfaction with the quality and organization of the company. I began my search for a new provider, and I was immediately drawn to Virtual Employee after reading reviews on various platforms and having an initial discussion with their team. We decided to give Virtual Employee a shot, and it became clear that the company is a professionally run organization with high standards for its employees, quality of work, customer satisfaction, and organization/ease of use for their clients. We have worked with Yuvraj, our virtual assistant, since day one with Virtual Employee. Yuvraj has been nothing short of amazing, and he has consistently gone above and beyond for our company. Yuvraj spent the initial few weeks working with us, learning about our business and the work he would be performing. It was a breath of fresh air when I began to understand that after walking Yuvraj through each task and project, everything clicked, and he did not come back asking for repeat explanations, which was a big pain point in working with the previous VA firm. After our first few weeks together, Yuvraj had developed enough knowledge to then begin providing his feedback on business processes and areas he thought we could streamline/optimize. I have been using Virtual Employee for about six months, and they have been brilliant. I use them to run and manage my small online shop, which allows me to continue my day job without worrying about the site. Sanjay is my marketing expert who looks after all the marketing and is slowly increasing the site's exposure and managing short-term PPC. Meenakshi works on the site as a developer and, adds new features, products and tweaks the design over time. We started a Magento2 website with a directly employed developer in 2019 and the result was a slow mess. After contacting various agencies to try and get this resolved I came across Virtual Employee. For a flat monthly fee Virtual Employee were able to provide a pre-vetted dedicated Magento 2 developer and supervisory team who literally acted like Virtual Employees. They reported to me directly and they quickly and efficiently rebuilt the site whilst retaining key elements of data such as products, imagery and pricing as required. We then recruited a Digital Marketing expert from them to work on the marketing elements of the site. Again the support has been great and it's mainly due to a lack of my time that I have been unable to communicate as much as I should be. Overall my experience has been incredibly positive. There are always small kinks which have to be worked out when working on any project but it's a excellent service they provide and great value for money.

We have been working with Virtual Employee for 4.5 years and they are a major business unit in our company. We have a team of 23. Google AdWords with Virtualemployee has been a game change. We have worked with several agencies in the past but never felt we were getting great value for money. Whether we took high or low packages, the ROI was more or less the same. I always got the feeling project managers were more focused on convincing me they were doing something meaningful and great to our account than actually doing it - it was a lot of salesmanship I would say! The reports I would receive looked impressive and convoluted but that never translated into substantially more leads. At this point, I was ready to give up trying to outsource and was thinking to bring the work in house. A friend recommended Virtualemployee and I was impressed from the very first interaction. From placing an enquiry on their website they called me back immediately, I spoke with the team lead the next day and they even offered me a week free trial. In addition to that they did a "cro" audit for me, uncovering a whole host leaks on my website which I had not even considered. Since working with VE, our CPA and CPC has come down and leads increased by 40%+. We are also getting leads at half the price with the re-marketing efforts VE implemented. They have been very thorough, adding negative keywords that were unnecessarily increasing spend, identifying and testing for errrors on the website that were resulting in lost conversions - literally money down the drain and adding converting keywords that have far less competition! My campaigns were restructured and I believe this has helped tremendously and my ad copies re-written improving click through rates. It really does make me wonder what those other agencies were doing, VE did more in 2 month than they did in half a year and at more than half the cost! My advice to anyone thinking about outsourcing...PPC involves a lot of heavy lifting and effort, you need a partner that puts the time in to do all the research and continuously tweak with your campaign, there are no quick fixes or easy shortcuts-don't be swayed by all the bells and whistles of some agencies. The number for me have been crystal clear-VE is a no brainer. The engagement has been so successful I now recommend them to friend and professional contacts.

I have collaborated with VE on and off for many years on a variety of animation and web projects. Overall pleased with my decision; their client account managers are always quick to follow up with any requests I make and their team leaders understand well now my style of working which makes life easier when I come back to them with a new project.

We use Virtual Employee to hire software developers that are long-term committed resources for us that stay on our team for years. When we work with VE to find the perfect resource it can be an amazing five star experience when we find the right person to join our team. But it requires effort and can involve weeks of interviews, job offers, false starts and more because the process is just like hiring someone. And you don't always get the perfect hire on the first try. Since you are tasked with interviewing and making the ultimate hiring decision you need to be aware that you could pick the wrong person. And it takes time and effort to find a replacement when you need to do this. And while their staff works hard to handle the HR issues behind the scene, it is still a process that you must go through. But here we are almost five years later, still happily using their services.

Found the service far more streamlined and organized than hiring freelancers. Great work.
