I have been an entrepreneur all my life and have worked developing many software projects which means working with many different software developers. It is most times the most trying time in life because they don't understand your vision and how things should work. I worked with VE on a project for a year and a half and while there were challenges when it came to the language barrier they always worked hard to understand and make things right when I needed it. I then moved to another company that was developing a similar product for me and within six months they couldn't get things to work and tried to charge me for every little thing. I have since gone back to VE and things have been so much better. Having a team that does what needs to be done instead of telling me NO every day unless I pay them more money is great. If I had not gone back to virtual employee to deploy the software they had built and make the enhancements I would have been in big trouble.You have to be able to give them what you want clearly and they will get it done. The HR and sales departments work hard to accomdate all the needs and changes we have. If you are looking for a low cost alternative where you can maintain control of your project Virtual Employee is the company for you! (PS- Ajay & Varun are extremely easy to work with and make sure you get what you need and are eager to make things right!)

Some miscommunication at the start but in the end they showed great commitment to creating exactly what I wanted. They were very adaptable, good communicators, and willing to make adjustments as my requirements evolved. Good work, and many thanks.

We are a small company in France and for cost savings, we have decided to outsource our development team. Of course at the beginning, we are scared about the culture differences, the language and the work process to setup, but i would say that it was much more easier than expected. The first developer i got was very involved in the project (also there is a support of his team manager who takes care of the hardware/software to allow remote works... yes... we were under covid restrictions). As there is no problem to organize from our side, we are increasing the team members and now we have 3 developers and so far so good... My advice is that VE is a great opportunity to extend or to fully outsource your dev team but it is also preferably that you can technically follow the projects for the long term development of your application. Cost savings are also here with a 1/3 or 1/2 saving compare to France employees.

I have found Virtual Employee to be a very successful experience. The invoices arrive on time. The workers have access to fast internet connectivity, even though Covid required working from their homes. They have a US Bank account, so I don't have to pay high Foreign wire transfer fees or exchange rate fees. (This saves me $55 per month over other companies).

Interesting how negaive reviews seem to disappear. We have 2 web sites that VE were developing and we have been having problems with them loading. We now find out that VE have not updated Security patches and the version of Wordpress we were running on was 30 releases out of date. UPDATE 22nd June .. no help from VE whatsoever in extracting ourselves from their clutches. However we have now had a chance to look at the embedded code thay have been developing fo us for a year and what an amateur shambles it is. Beware if you are using a member of their team for a similar job if their name begins with a V. A post by another disatisfied client on a similar subject seems to have disappeared off Trust Pilot
