My wife Rachael and I visited Vintage Sofa Co today, after having negotiated the twisty road to get there we were greeted by George who very courteously made us a coffee complete with cake! What can I say other than WOW, this is the most beautifully presented showroom I think I have ever seen, George handed us over seamlessly to Natalie, what a professional and knowledgeable salesperson, she guided us with zero pressure through all our options with a nothing is too much attitude that was quite charming. We left having purchased 3 sofas, 3 footstools, a stag and 2 scuba diving monkeys, don't ask. We will be returning to complete furnishing our new build house soon
Never bought a sofa before without trying it out but I loved the colour and I loved the sofa when it arrived. The whole process was exceptional from the prompt response to my questions to the whole delivery process. Outstanding
The lady I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, the delivery was timely and the delivery men helpful. The sofa itself is lovely. All round a pleasure to do business with this company.
We ordered the Albert 4 seater sofa in pink, it's beautiful!! Looks stunning in our snug. The only issue was, the first sofa delivered was the wrong colour, this was taken straight back, after some time I chased up the replacement, vintage couldn't have been more helpful.

From start to finish this was a fabulous experience, from visiting the enchanting mill to choose our sofas and finally transforming our sitting room with sneaky, stolen ideas from Georgina and her Mum. There is a great range of sofas, rugs, funky tables and a lot more, we only went for two sofas but ended up with chandeliers, footstools and rugs too. Service was so friendly and personal and following communication excellent. From start to finish perfect.

It's not just that Vintage Sofa have beautiful stunning and quirky furnishings but they were also delightful to deal with. Considering that all correspondence was conducted online they made everything so easy and kept me aware of progress and the shipping company they use are excellent and I have never received anything so well wrapped up before Janet Knowlson

I discovered VSC online whilst looking for a new sofa, we decided to go and visit the showroom (building) and I’m so glad we did (it’s a must). It is beautifully laid out and you get a real feel for the quality and standard of the products they are selling. They have customer service down to a t, great reception with a hot drink and chocolate, always readily available to answer any questions without feeling any pressure as you browse the store, and you can tell that they truly love their products and want to ensure you find what’s right for you. My only warning would be, it’s impossible not to buy something, as it’s all so tempting! My house is fast becoming a second VSC showroom!
Absolutely amazing place! I bought 2 sofas from them and some smaller poces too. Sofas are great quality, unique designs and at the good prices Quality miles better then big chains. Very good service and aftercare. I would highly recommend it to anyone and of you live close by or even further make a trip to see the shop! It's 2h away from us and we been few times - worth the trip!
Quality of the furniture is the most important issue when buying furniture. The attention to detail is the most crucial aspect as well. All of these things plus communication which was amazing as well. I cannot fault the buying process from order to delivery it was first class.
