Just ran a history report for a 2007 vehicle. the only thing that came back was one registration in 2007 and one in 2024. I ran the carfax and it had a registration and odometer reading every year, ton of service records, etc. it's basically a scam.

I received exactly the service described—quick, easy, and incredibly helpful. When I reached out to customer service for a special accommodation on the receipt, they responded within minutes. Exceptional service all around!

I had a problem with my report.. I emailed the company and every concern was touched upon. :) I was heard. It was refreshing👍.. They were honest and accountable. I didn't get a helpful report, but I was made to feel very Listened to and Valued as a customer. I recommend give them a try. They have integrity.

Customer support very helpful and friendly. But Reports do not contain any information about accidents and service records in Quebec. Just a simple information. Hope this will change soon.

Customer service is second to none. The report did not provide the vehicle service history. I was immediately contacted by customer service who, promptly issued a refund.

OPLICHTING!!!!!! Ik werd benaderd via AutoScout, omdat ze zogezegd je auto willen kopen. Het enige wat je moet doen is een rapport opsturen. Als je dit gedaan heb, hoor je er niks meer van. Pas op ze gebruiken meerdere accounts!!!!

The report did not provide what I was looking for. I sent an email asking about a particular part of the report not making sense and they issued a refund without me even asking. Pretty good customer support.

Dit is fraude! Mijn auto stond te koop op Internet. Ik werd benaderd door iemand die de auto wil kopen voor vraagprijs mits ik rapport van deze website kan overleggen (en uiteraard betalen). Heb sterk de indruk dat mails door een robot zijn gemaakt want ze hadden de advertentie niet goed gelezen. Waarschijnlijk methode om je een waardeloos rapport te laten kopen. Naar aanleiding van reactie eigenaar. Ja: het is echte een verzoek om vinaudit.com te bezoeken!

Dangerous. Got an email from a scammer asking me to use this. I'm not even in the USA and my vehicle wouldn't possibly on this website. They came through AutoScout24.

Total scam! Nothing is correct from the info from the car after payment and gives nothing from specifications about the history from the car! My car is from 2016 and the info they give me the car is from 2001??!! Dont spend your money on this, its a Total scam!!!

The service provided by the website did not satisfy my needs. When I contacted support services he immediately responded and explained the problem but he also stated they were prepared to offer a refund. Fast , honest and friendly service to the customer.

I bought a report for a car of mine. When the report came in it was a complete different car. My 36 euros straight in the bin. Thanks guys:(

Nach Eingabe der VIN, lässt die Anzeige der Eingabemaske einen glauben, dass die richtigen Fahrzeugdaten verfügbar sind und ein vollständiger Bericht abgerufen werden kann. Sobald bezahlt wurde, musste ich allerdings feststellen, dass VIN und Daten zum Fahrzeug nicht übereinstimmen bzw. überhaupt nicht stimmten und nicht im Kleinsten aussagefähig waren.

I give my vin number and see the right car, a mini. after payment I receive a report of a completely different brand with a completely different vin number.

Absolute scam. It's says will provide all kinds of info and after you check out only provides general information easy to find without paying. Don't waste your money with this service. And to add to the insult no refunds, of course.

My report done in Canada was worthless. They do not get information from all sources to make your report accurate. They showed no accidents for my vehicle when in fact there had been an asccident (from a Province that they do not get information from!)
