As a long term returning customer, I did not shop around and accepted my one and only quote. I have been a victory customer for 18tears. I was relying on expert advice to the type of blinds I required, that was my first disappointment. I was recommended the wrong style of blinds for my windows. Second disappointment was the fitting of the wrong styled blinds, the bracket only held by one small screw and exposed, leaving it looking very unprofessional. Third disappointment was when the replacement blinds were ready to be fitted, they were incorrectly made and couldn’t be fitted. Therefore I had waited at home And taken the time off work to have the blinds fitted and it was a waste of my time and wages. Forth disappointed when a new fitting time was organised by the office, I specifically told them I was at work and wouldn’t Be home until 3pm, the fitter came at 1230. I did find the second and most recent fitter, very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and tried his upmost to get the blinds fitted in a timely manner. Unfortunately my experience with victory was nothing but disappointing and I would not be recommending this company or be using your company again.

Great service and I love my blinds. The poor installer had to remove the old blinds and try to make everything look level on windows that are clearly out of plumb. I’m getting them back to do another blind because I love them so much!

Would have been 5 stars but the blade open / close handle did not match the colour of the blind

Victory blinds did a great job with my blinds. They were prompt to come out & measure & there were no delays with installation. One of the blinds was too wide & they installer explained everything to me took the blind away & within two weeks the new blind was fitted. I had a concern about strong winds damaging the blind & my studio which is quite a light frame but Victory Blinds were very good at relieving my concerns. I was very happy dealing with them

Never returned phone calls

Installation Guy was perfect. The first lot of D/N blinds good. The second lot of shutters a complete shambles. Follow ups were non existent unless i did the follow up.

Very efficient and quick delivery

The nail that was put in place to hold my roller blind came out the next day of installation, and my order got delayed for very long time although I do understand with current covid situation, but it would’ve been nice for the victory blinds staff member to keep me updated of the delay instead of myself chasing things up every month.

Honestly, we've had nothing but trouble. 3 times someone came out to change a chain and it was the wrong size three times. Holland blind was ordered and when it came, it was the wrong size. This was back in March. Hoping all will be ok when they come this Thursday. Would never deal with Victory Blinds again.

We had a décor consultant (Maeve) come out to our new home to provide us with a quote for curtains and blinds. Maeve had excellent customer service, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us to choose colours and styles that matched the interior of our home. Overall, Victory Curtains and Blinds had great service, great quality and were competitive on price. We are beyond happy with our choices (thanks to Maeve!) and would highly recommend Victory Curtains and Blinds to friends and family.

Have paid a deposit and not had delivery

Am very pleased with my new blinds - they have made the house look much more modern. Adrian was very efficient and helpful with the selection of the blinds. The installers removed the old curtains and blinds and fitted the new ones quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending Victory Blinds.
