Their products were great but their communication and customer service was terrible. I needed to ring approximately a dozen times to follow up on my order and they were very rude and made lots of excuses. They never got back to me when they said they would. They weren't able to commit to a time for installation - I needed to keep the whole day free and get told a rough timeframe that morning.

Everything went well with the installation but I had to have the technician return as one blind did not ascend or descend properly as it was dragging on the pulley. I would have also like to have heard from the office as to my level of satisfaction. Please also give me an idea as to how to clean the blinds as one has a stain from the kitchen and I am not sure as to how to address this without causing damage - thank you

It is a long sorry story and we are still waiting for a blind to be replaced. If you are serious about your quality,call me on 0417328899 Do yourselves a favour and don't play the Victory blinds song continually while the customer is on hold.I heard at least 20 times in a row!

Perfect experience, perfect blinds. Couldn’t fault anything in the entire process.

Job wasn't finished took them over a month to complete after 4 calls and each time they say someone will give you a call and never happened. When someone finally came out to finish the job the brackets where ordered in wrong so still waiting for job to be completed.

I wanted two blinds to match one I already had in my lounge room but when the blinds were installed they didn’t quite match. No problem said Sanjaya and he got the original blind fabric changed, keeping all the same framing and pull chords etc and I didn’t have to pay anything extra. He was tremendously helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Victory Blinds Glen Waverley to anyone!
