Servizio un po lento, ma è comprensibile, visto che il prodotto parte dall'Inghilterra e vista la situazione covid. Ho scritto per avere chiarimenti e mi hanno prontamente risposto. Ho ricevuto il prodotto in 10gg circa.

Good products but No customer service at all. I have an order for 6 month vitamins. They charge me more than my basket shows. I had contacted customer service and they said, they will pay back the difference in to my account. This has been now more than 2 months. But I didn't get the money back in my account. I had 7 or 8 email to Anna but no reply from her. I had try to call on 08001700184. Sometime they answer the call or sometime it's go to the voicemail. They also just ask the email id and name and said we will look into it and get back to you. but no response at all.

Well packaged, arrived in good time order. Can’t report on efficacy yet as I need three months before I can review that. But, definitely value for money of a high quality product. Update Have been using for over three months now and intend to carry on. My nails have begun to grow stronger and are really shiny, the main reason I wanted some Omega 3. Have tried other supplements from Vegetolgy and now see no reason to look elsewhere for my supplement needs.
