I had an issue with the delivery of my order - 1 item was missing. I contacted customer service and the person who dealt with my problem was both courteous and efficient - no haggling or attribution of blame but rather a replacement was despatched immediately. This was first class customer service and as has ensured my continuing brand loyalty to a product I consider to be both efficacious and good value.

I couldn't tell which package it was. I almost didn't pay. When I received the package I found out it was Vegetology and e-mailed them. Got the VAT I payed back on my bank account. This is too much hassle and stress. I really think this should be changed. May not buy again.

Unfortunately I never received the vitamins so I requested a refund.
Online shopping experience was good in general, disappointed with the long and not so transparent shipping. The package got untraceable and it took a month for it to be delivered to me in Singapore from Germany (I guess as it shows deutch post), after deutch post it went underwater for 3 weeks till it showed up at my doorstep. However, customer service was responsive although didn’t help much.
