Vegboxfresh is one of the best veg box companies I've used. The veg is always fresh and tasty. I really like the fact that I can pick and choose what I want each week even on subscription. The customer service is excellent and usually has a quick reply. It's also great that Vegboxfresh use local farmers and producers when they can.

I ordered on 19th March for delivery on 27th March. They cancelled my order on 26 March. No email sent to me, I only found out because I checked the order. Very poor service. Avoid.

Very poor service We are in difficult times so I expect delays but what I didn’t expect was to place and pay for an order on 19/3/20 then to receive a very blunt email 26/3/20 saying ‘I had cancelled the order’ ( which I hadn’t) and no sign of a refund I’m my bank. I’ve emailed twice and no reply. Update on 27/3/20 Still no response from this company and no sign of a refund.

Just to respond to the message below with an updated review (previously 1 star). I see you have listened to my criticism and updated your website homepage to make it clearer that you are in the Plymouth area only. Now if you delivered to more areas this would be a 5 star review.
