We had ordered the Easter box. The half a leg of lamb was huge and really beautiful meat. The veg all came prepped. Really good value for money. I can't wait to order more

I especially love the freshness and quality of the eggs which very yellow inside unlike other eggs you get in the supermarket. Very happy to support local producers and suppliers.

The Veg box always arrives as promised. The quality of the fruit and veg is great and generally good value for money, you can choose what you want so no waste. There is something rather special about receiving a box of fresh fruit and veg on the doorstep with no plastic packaging.

I am a regular purchaser from Veg Box Fresh and like their extending range of products, their boxes and the value offered. However, their underlying systems can fall short sometimes. For my latest order I seemed to have ordered baked goods rather late for next-day delivery but the system accepted the order. I later received an email from Amy at Veg Box advising that the delivery would be made one day later than as confirmed. I emailed that this would be ok. It seems that it took a good bit of that following day to get the order out and when my son (the deliveree) phoned, he couldn't get through though my account showed that the order had been fulfilled. It was only later that I received an email saying the order was out for delivery - not sure what was going on there but there appears to be a systems-integration problem. It further turned out that my son advised that the order was short for the scones BUT I was not advised that it was a short order and that a refund was to be forthcoming. The order was only just over the minimum so maybe the system was unable to cover a small order with no delivery charge. Overall not the best of order deliveries. I'm sure that a bit of systems tweaking will smooth all of this over.

I've had three orders from Veg Box fresh now. All the produce has been really good quality. I had an issue with my second order but Lee and the team were really helpful and I recommend their good customer engagement.

I am so very pleased with my veg box, so much more in it than i had expected. Everything is beautifully fresh, good size and such a good choice on the website. Love the fact that everything came in paper bags so I don't have to worry about getting rid of packaging. I will definitely order again.

VegBoxFresh are a local team, its good to support local business. Emails are always answered promptly and politely. Customer service, for example late changes to an order, is very good. Highly recommended.

First class from ordering to delivery. We order by weekly and everything is fresh and well prepared. Lovely that most of the stock is produced locally. We get an email to tell us when it’s out for delivery, making it easy to keep track of your order.

Fruit and veg always fresh and good quality. Nothing received uses plastic, which is great. Would thoroughly recommend this service and it has been a tremendous life line to us during lockdown. Thank you.
