I don't even want to get into it but offered them a payment to repay as I was struggling as got laid off from job and they took my car and I offered and offered and they said no.... then they sold my car on which was worth about 1,500 Honda civic and the loan was 400 and apparently it didn't cover the costs. I basically told them do one

Well worth considering for quick shorter term needs for higher loans. I had a slight issue with the timing of an agent coming out to me, but the customer service and communication was ace and they really took ownership and solved the issue very quickly.
