Very happy with the service. The representative that came to my house was courteous and understanding of my situation and guided me through the process. I am particularly impressed that with Varooma you are able to make overpayments On the account without incurring penalties - this makes the deal even more attractive because it encourages faster repayment of the loan. Overall delighted with the service received and would highly recommend.
Great to deal with agent came to see us very quickly only negative was it took 24hrs before the money was in the bank but I put this down to being a weekend
Varooma where excellent. I called them in the morning as I needed a loan to repair my car and buy some household items. I was contacted straight back and arranged to meet my local Varooma rep Sue. Sue was amazing and explained everything in detail, after providing Sue with my documentation etc. I was approved and had my money within 1 hour. A faultless service and I would definitely recommend. Varooma really helped me out where others couldn't.
