Van Junkies has a very responsive and helpful team. They quickly sorted out my solar panel issue and offered a chat setup guide. The customer service was kind and professional, and my queries were answered swiftly. Despite a minor delivery issue, it was resolved quickly. Overall, a decent experience, and I might return if I need more parts for my camper.

Nick and Leanda are absolutely amazing. Everything in my order arrived within 2 days. I've had to make quite a few phone calls before I placed the order and when I received the order because I'm a total novice of self-build van electrics, and all my inquiries were answered immediately. A few weeks later when I got to a stage of electrical installation where I was stuck because I couldn't understand parts of the diagram, I called Nick and he was very patient over the phone and answered my long list of questions one by one. He's definitely very knowledgeable and experienced and will give you the best advice you need. As a customer, I felt Nick and Leanda were thinking of me, how to help me save money and achieve the build I want within my budget, giving me honest and helpful advice. They are the total opposite of some companies I had experience with who took advantage of my lack of electrical knowledge and tried to sell me many items I didn't need, which only confused me even more. Nick's design was concise but to the point, covers everything I need for the moment but also future-proofs me if I need to upgrade later. Overall, it's been an amazing experience to deal with them, and I will certainly post my videos when I'm finished with my self build.
