I have been pulling my hair out regarding my van electrics ( wanting to add solar and an inverter ) for months, all i have wanted to do is speak to someone and get a bit of advice and find out exactly what i need, Nick answered my call this morning and gave me every bit of information i needed and has sent me an email with prices on etc, so i can place an order and told me it will all be with me in 3 days Great service and amazing to speak to someone on the phone instead of via Email. Easily found what I wanted at a good price, reasonable P&P and immediate dispatch. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong item but a quick phone call sorted it and the right item was dispatched as soon as they received the wrong one back. Perfect e-commerce experience all round.

Made my order late on a night, had it not next morning, morning after, happy with that delivery, unfortunately my product got delivered damaged (assumption damaged in transit). I reported this and van junkies sent new batteries out without me having to wait for the return of the damaged ones. I would use this company again.

Amazing company to deal with. Nick even answered my email on a Sunday which is out of hours. I had a problem with a Victron 48|12 power converter with the potentiometer for voltage control having broken. Nick arranged for the unit to go back to Victron for assessment but unfortunately and no fault of Van Junkies and Nick, Victron assess that I had exerted too much force when adjusting the voltage. Asked Nick to send it back and let me know how to pay the postage. Nick haw kindly offered to send it back without postage charges. The price I paid for the 48|12 was competitive with other suppliers when purchased it a year ago. Well worth buying your equipment from Van Junkies as after sales service is excellent!!!!

Very helpful business. Nick has helped and guided me through the huge range of options when building your own electrics in a van. They are very competitively priced cheaper than a lot of other shops. Kits are easy and straightforward to use. No scrimping on any of the cables etc. Very helpful business. All good quality. They were more than happy to change a couple of the parts because I'd change my mind on my design. Very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Van junkies are great! The Fogstar drift battery came ahead of the predicted time. But the one that I had ordered was not in stock even though still listed, and they offered me the next one up at the same price. That is service for you! Thanks so much. So I highly recommend Van Junkies. Also having installed the biggest Fogstar drift battery (628Ah) into my solar set up, I am very pleased with it, a great piece of kit highly recommended for a small house solar system.

Amazing!!! Seriously, Nick was so very helpful and knowledgeable. I had 3 rolls leisure batteries fitted today. Nick was fantastic from start to finish. It was a pig of a job, (awkward from start to finish), but he was great. Prior to this he kept us informed about everything. I cannot recommend Van Junkies enough.
