Arrivered on time and carried out an excellent neat job

We were overall very pleased with the advice, service and value for money from Andy and his Use Your Loft Space team to improve the insulation and energy efficiency rating of our inherited, rather 'tired' 1980s loft conversion that pre-dated the introduction of Building Regs in 1984. There was one area of the work that fell below our expectations, which was partly due to limitations on the direct communication between customer and works team during this pandemic, but Andy took immediate action to put this right, and went above and beyond to ensure we were fully happy with the end result. The work has also enabled an increase in the EPC (energy performance certificate) rating of the house by one level.

Andy and his team have done a couple of jobs for me. The first in March 2020 was to board out my loft which they completed in one day, including installing lighting and a loft ladder. In February 2021 they installed a ceiling and plasterboard stud walls into my garage, complete with insulation. They also fitted garage floor tiles. The quality of their work was superb - as a result of their work I have a fantastic storage space in my loft and a wonderful garage which is so much easier to keep clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy and Use Your Loft Space.
