Had a loft ladder and hatch fitted by Andy Stephens company Use your Loft Space. The two lads who fitted it did a brilliant job. They worked quick and kept everything clean, we were very impressed. I can recommend this company.

From start to finish Andy and Use your Loft Space were friendly, professional and provided me with confidence that they were able to complete the job to an extremely high standard. Andy took the time to explain our different options (loft hatch installation, lighting and boarding) and we felt that he provided plenty of options and information to make a well informed decision. From Andy's quote and scope to the chaps that carried out the work, all was handled in a professional and friendly manner. Job is spot on, to spec and invoiced as quote agreed. No more loose bits of board, ease of access with the drop down hatch and pull-down ladder and now I have storage space almost the same size as the footprint of the house. Now this may sound sad, but I actually enjoy my visits to the loft now! :-D

Excellent service from Use Your Loft Space. Andy came out to measure up and quote and was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. On the day of boarding the loft and fitting the loft ladder, the 2 chaps were on time and polite and did a great job. We are really happy with the end result and have already been making use of the extra space. Would highly recommend.

Andy and his team re-insulated our loft and fitted a new ladder. They did a really good job and cleared up after themselves and they stick to the quote.

Turned up on time, confirmed work to be done, completed all work quickly, efficiently and walked me through it at the end. Did minor corrections requested without any issue or complaint then cleaned and vaccumed at the end of the job. Couldn't ask for better workmen. In my view they were very professional and did a great job in my loft really going the extra mile to make sure I was happy with it. Would highly recommend to anyone else who needs a loft doing.

From start to completion Andy from Use Your Loft Space was prompt and I thought the price quoted for the work done was very acceptable ! The 2 men that carried out the work were courteous and very clean and tidy - we had to have our loft hatch moved into another room as there were access issues so 5hought it would be messy but it was Excellent and the new loft ladder SO easy to use ! The Use Your Loft Space system is brilliant in the loft with new insulation ! The whole process was done in a day which was amazing - and our loft now is SO usable and easy to get in and out of ! Would definately recommend to friends and neighbours .

We were very happy with the standard and speed of the work done on our large loft space in an 18thC farm house. The insulation has made a huge difference to the warmth of the house already, and will no doubt bring down bills - and help the environment. The Use Your Loft Space Team were approachable, friendly and hard-working. Our only reservations concerned the process of pricing and paying for the work, though we eventually arrived at a mutually agreeable arrangement.

Use Your Loft Space did a wonderful job on our loft, installing a velux window, insulation, flooring, cupboards, a light and sockets. They were very efficient and we would recommend them.
