Absolutely brilliant item just what I expected and quality and delivery excellent
Great product delivered in a couple of days
Ordered a clothes rail, which arrived with faults, customer service was fine until it came to the return/ refund. Repeatedly asked irrelevant questions despite their own "No questions asked" returns policy, then ignored return requests and then issued incorrect (lesser, of course) refund amount. All rectified in the end but an underwhelming first (& last) experience.
Rack ok ,very BAD packing ,item arrived wonky and scratched, when called back to them very rude man hang up on me ! Did not give me his name ! So called back woman said they will I lost trust in them ! Promised to send other never did on time ! Still waiting

I was called straight away that they were waiting for the stock to arrive and I said I was fine to wait. The coat hangers were a slightly different colour from my first order, but thought this was like wall paper where they differ if they are from a different batch.

The products are good, decent quality and as described. They arrived 1 day later than promised. Not a problem fortunately but if I had needed them urgently they would have had 3*.
