Nothing too much trouble for Gary! I placed an order over the weekend and realised I'd missed something off so I emailed to request a call back or payment link for the addition. I was called in very good time and made the payment. The order then came quicker than I expected which is always nice! There was a problem in the fact that 1 package of the shelves had been broken by the couriers. These things happen and in my opinion, it's about how things are put right. It couldn't have been put right any quicker. Once I'd advised Gary which shelves were missing, the replacements were sent out the same day and delivered the next day in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Urbaboxx to anyone. I almost forgot to mention, I found them to be very competitive!!

Perfect, as described, sturdy and easy to assemble and holds a huge amount of clothes. To be honest I prefer these rails as everything is so accessable (as long as you don't overload them). Although the instructions are easy to follow I found 2 packs each containing a screw and allen key but no mention of where they go! Very fast delivery. Highly recommend
Arrived very quickly. Cheap fabric replacement cover for metal framed storage/wardrobe. As described.
I found the perfect clothes rail unit with Urbabox. The right size and weight with useful adjustability and a light weight dust cover. Delivered quickly. Instructions were not as straight forward to take advantage of the 1st time buy of 10% off offer code at checkout so I missed out on it. Poor quality stiching on dust cover zip meant that after a handful of times using the zip, the stitching failed and I am re-stitching by hand to fix it. Good quality frame, poor quality dust cover.
