Generally very happy with the service from Urbaboxx and the hanging rail received was good quality. I had an email query which was responded to within a day and delivery was quick. Delivery was the only issue though as I couldn't be at home for the planned delivery date from Fedex so I went on the Fedex website to change delivery date. However, this had no effect as the package was still delivered on the originally stated day so my time spent changing it was wasted and I was not able to receive the package on delivery (and it was just left out on my doorstep) - a bit disappointing
Needed a chrome wire storage solution to fit under a low larder shelf - ideally with rubber or plastic feet as no dpc under the floor. This is the only UK company I could find that does them under 50cm. The mini chrome shelves are not as strong as their bigger cousins of course but definitely sturdy enough for boxes of cat food and general household supplies. Going to be buying a couple more :)

I ordered a ceiling hung clothes rail on Wednesday last week. Effortless ordering process and very modern and fresh website, easy to navigate and great UX design. Fed Ex delivered my parcel Friday, however, part 2 of the parcel had gone missing. I emailed the customer service team at Urbaboxx and I received a well crafted empathetic response. Whilst they needed to investigate the missing parcel, they offered to send me a new rail in the meantime. Rail arrived today as promised, excellent customer service and very personal and friendly. The product itself is of great quality and looks beautiful in our new wardrobe. Cannot fault Urbaboxx.
