Hello Team, I found my product to be 1st class, however, the service of delivery was poor. I paid for next day delivery, when parcel did not arrive and I rang to enquire, I was told informed that it is in terms and conditions to not reply on next day delivery. My point would be, why have next day delivery if you are not guaranteeing it. I would not have been upset.

I’ve had this bar for almost a month and it was a very good purchase. The only issue was that I had to buy extra screws that weren’t provided. However they did not say the screws for that connect the arms to the wall would be provided. Would definitely buy other products from this site. Very stable. I have put alot of items on it and its stable. Valuable for money. Delivery arrived on time.

Efficient service
Really solid hanging rail that doesn't bough with weight because of the brackets. Looks smart in the wardrobe too.
After a return wasn't picked up (no address label sent so the courier wouldn't take it) I have since sent two emails to customer services after the initial conversation with no reply whatsoever. So this would have been 5 stars as there are great products, well-priced, but ultimately the lack of response from customer services has let it down.
No instructions with clothes rails and the components delivered weren't the right ones
The rack arrived damaged. In addition, the wheels and plastic shims do not properly fit into the steel tubes. They are too loose. So, I have not been able to install the wheels to the rack.

ordered a 2ft heavy duty white clothes rail. Absolutely delighted with it, Very fast delivery too. I am an elderly lady and managed to put it together ok. Had a bit of a problem placing the top rail onto the side ones,but sheer determination and a piece of rope solved the problem. Delighted with it.
